10 (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Bedrooms have double beds and both are on suite (newly fitted shower rooms), there's also 2 x double wardrobe in the rooms. There are 3 private balcony's. The kitchen has all you need, full cooking facilities i.e. oven, hob, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots cups and glasses. use of iron and ironing board. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.

11 (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)

The bedroom has 1 double beds and is on suite (newly fitted shower room), there's also 2x double wardrobe in the room.. There are 2 private balcony's. The kitchen has all you need, full cooking facility's ie oven hob, fridge cutlery, crockery, pots cups and glasses etc. use of iron and ironing board. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have DVD player, flat screen TV and Satellite with several English channels including 4 English movie channel + BBC world, CNN etc the both apartments are fully air-conditioned in all the rooms.both apartments have drinking water cooler.

Accessibility
The apartments are not adapted for wheelchairs.

Outside
The gardens have a seating area under the natural shading of the vines, both apartments have there own sun beds. There's also an area near the pool to dine under the vines with mountain views. The pool is shared by only 2 other apartments.

Coast/Beach
To get to the beach will take you approx 20 mins by bus (dolmus) bus stop only 2 mins away. Turtle beach, as it's called, is great for walking and looking at the views and is also famous for its turtles. Its one of the most spectacular beaches in Turkey, you can also get the boat to the beach although a little longer, a truly wonderful way to get to the beach.

Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, then it's 20 mins to beautiful Dalyan.

Distances
Everything is within walking distance in Dalyan.only 2 mins walk to restaurants ,bar and cafe and the river.The lovely town of Mugla will take you 1 hour 20 mins. you also have a weekly market in the town just 2 mins from apartment (sat) and a great market on a Monday at Koycegiz which is around half an hour away by bus also daily buses to Fethiye and Marmaris.

Further details
You have 3 major supermarkets and quite a lot of local shops scattered for all your needs. There's one main bank and three cash machines. And you can also get a boat to the beach which is great for photos and videoing. You also have internet shops 2 mins from the apartments. 2 minute from the apartments you can get a boat to the mud baths which takes 15 mins.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% per week is payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. You can pay by Stirling cheque sent to a uk address or into my UK bank account.
