Our beautiful detached holiday villa stands in its own large gardens with good sized private swimming pool situated in a quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms providing spacious accommodation for 8 people. It has been contemporarily furnished to a high standard and fitted with Bosch appliances. Electronic air-conditioning has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area. The famous Iztuzu Beach with its 5km of soft golden sand is only a few minutes away. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away.

The villa will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All white cotton bedlinen and house towels are provided for your stay. Daily pool and garden maintenance. Additional maid service can be provided at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned accommodation (which can also operate as heating) is included in the price together with all utility bills. We provide a cot and high chair for babies/small children and there is a small separate childrens pool in the garden.

Accessibility
The villa is built on a level plot with living areas and shower room on ground floor, however, bedrooms are on first and second floor.
Outside
The villa stands in fully enclosed large gardens which are planted with an abundance of lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, grape vine and many other mature flowering shrubs and trees. There is a spacious marble terrace off the living room with a built in barbeque. There is a further patio area to the rear of the garden. An outside table with chairs and sunloungers are provided. The private pool is a good size and there is a separate pool for small children.
Coast/Beach
The famous Itzuzu Beach is only a 10 minute drive and is a 5km stretch of beautiful golden sand, ideal for children.
Distances
The villa is 10 minutes walk to the centre of the village. A cheap regular beach bus service is available from the village. Marmaris is approx. 1hr and Fethiye about 45 mins by car/bus. Dalaman airport is approximately 25 mins and we would advise airport transfers which we can arrange if you require.
Further details
The people of Dalyan are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble! There is an abundance of shops and restaurants, banks, post office and supermarket within a few minutes walk. There is something for everyone here, whether you're into white water rafting or just relaxing on the beach. Paragliding, microlight flights, water sports, boat trips, ancient ruins and jeep safaris. The famous Caunos rock tombs, mud baths and thermal springs are only a few minutes away. A wide variety of excursions and car hire can be arranged in the village.
