Within approximately 400m walking distance to the centre of Calis, a charming modern sea side town with plentiful shops and restaurants. Fethiye town is good for shops and nightlife and is only 10 mins by taxi or 20 mins by scenic boat ride away. There are a lot of recreational, cultural and historical sites to be reached within maximum of 30 minutes. Accessible from Dalaman Airport, with only a transfer time of 35 minutes.

Bathroom 2 with shower, jacuzzi, wc and hand basin. Fully fitted kitchen. Including cooker, hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Living Rooms - lounge 1 open plan to kitchen, air-conditioned, opening to balcony with sea views. Sofa, Satellite TV (no TV reception). Lounge 2 on upper level, opening to balcony with sea views, air-conditioned. Other - the accommodation is on 2 levels, each level has it’s own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and balcony overlooking the beach. Linen and towels included (no beach towels). Apartment cleaned weekly on change-over. The price includes a welcome pack consisting of mineral water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam and toilet paper. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest large town of Fethiye is only 3km along the coast and retains all the ancient charm for which this area is famous. The famous beach resort of Olu Deniz is approx 10km and is a big attraction for tourists, para-gliders and sunbathers.
Çalis Beach over 2km long is just across the bay from Fethiye. There is a boat-taxi service known as the Boat Dolmus that departs about every 30 mins or so and takes you from the center of Calis to the harbour side of Fethiye in a 25 min boat ride.
Travel
The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the northwest with 35 mins transfer time to the resort.
Distances
Local shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. A new hospital is only 5 mins by car.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit is payable within 7 days after booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to start of rental. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance, and will be returned within 14 days of end of rental period subject to satisfactory report from property agent.
