| Other: | The garden gazebo next to the b.b.q. offers an alternative seating area for dining in the evening, or for shade during the day. The cushioned benches seats 10 comfortably. Lighting and sockets are fitted. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are provided : pool/beach towels and separate towels for showering. Linen is provided. The property is cleaned once a week as is the towels and linen. The gardener attends once a week. The pool man attends daily. |
Notes on accommodation
The Villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas that can also be used for heating. Water is heated by solar power panels on the roof. The pool does NOT have a shallow area for children. The depth of the pool is 6' throughout. There are steps with banister into the pool.

Accessibility
There are steps into the villa, wide terrace door access points into the main living area - one double bedroom on the ground floor - with separate walk in showeroom.
Outside
Large garden with private unheated swimming pool. The pool is 6' deep throughout. There are six cushioned sunbeds. Large storage room in the garden that contains 2 x bicycles and garden equipment. Large terrace overlooking the garden and pool - with large wooden dining table and 6 chairs. Brick built BBQ. Large gazebo with cushioned seating for shade or dining. Poolside shower - cold water only. Young fruit trees (lemon, orange, mandarin).
Coast/Beach
Dalyan is situated by a river leading to the famous Itzusu beach. This can be reached by the local riverboats (approx 40 minutes). This beach is protected due to the nesting habits of the Loggerhead Turtles and has a wide expanse of sand. The boat carries you through meandering canals surrounded by tall grasses and bull rushes. The beach can also be reached by the local bus and takes approx 20 minutes.
Golf
Turkey is undergoing major development and there are government plans for two new golf courses - one in Dalaman and one in Sarigerme both areas are approx 25 minutes away by car or taxi.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport (approx 25 minutes) from Dalyan. it is serviced by a huge number of international airlines/airports.
Distances
Kaunos is an an archeologists site - and is reached by a 5 minute rowing boat crossing- then about a 20 minutes walk to the Site. The Lycian Rock Tombs can also be reached by crossing the river - but is a climb after that to reach them. The village centre is approx a 5 minute walk.
Further details
The local shops -butcher, baker, fishmonger, hairdresser etc. are delightful. There are two medium sized supermarkets in the village that sell almost everything. There is a bank, a post office, various traditional and several riverside specialised restaurants. There are numerous bars both traditional and modern. Boats are abundant and offer various day trips. Horse riding, quad biking, river rafting, jeep safaris, Microlight flights. There are several agencies that offer daily trips.
