The Citrus Grove. This fabulous 3 apartment complex is set in a beautiful lemon and orange grove in Hammamet, Tunisia. Fully secured 24hrs with private parking. Sleeps up to 10 if all apartments are rented as a package. Walking distance to local public beaches. 5 minutes drive to central Hammamet. 2 miles from the world-renowned Golf Citrus course. Set amongst beautiful fruit groves, the complex is accessed through a traditional Moorish-style gatehouse with electronic security gates. A beautifully lit pathway winds through the lemon and orange trees leading to the apartment building. Please note, pool is for the exclusive use of the luxury apartment when that apartment is let or being used privately. Otherwise it can be used by renters of the standard apartments (unless being cleaned or maintained).

Changeover day
Rentals are Sunday - Saturday, changeover day is Saturday but we are flexible on changeover day. Departure time no later than 10am. Arrival time is from 2pm.

Accessibility
Luxury apartment is suitable for people with walking difficulties as it is ground floor and open plan. Both standard apartments are on the first floor and are accessible by steps from the ground floor (approx. 20 steps on a spiral).

Outside
The luxury apartment has it own private garden with furniture and barbeque and private pool, wrap-around veranda and 3 private patios. All apartments have use of the communal gardens. 1 bedroom apartment has 1 private patio, 2 bedroom apartment has 2 private patios. Tenants of the standard apartments have use of the pool only if the luxury apartment is not let/ not being used privately/ not being cleaned/maintained).

Coast/Beach
Walking distance to local public white sandy beaches (20 minutes walk approx).
5 minutes drive from Hammamet centre with beautiful white sandy beaches and all amenities. Taxi to centre costs around 4 euro.

Golf
2 miles to The Citrus Golf. An international golf concept created around seven lakes in a 173-hectare large area with olive trees and forests and located only a few minutes away from the bay of Hammamet. The course designed by Ronald Fream makes full use of the natural characteristics of the area with the slightly undulating ground of the olive grove and the steep hills of the forest. The courses are both relaxing and stimulating for players of all levels. Two 18-hole Championship courses, par 72:

Les Oliviers: 6,106 m (Men) and 5,290 m (Women).
La Forêt: 6,066 m (Men) and 5,235 m (Women).

A 350-m long practice area with a capacity of 120 mats, several putting-greens and practice bunkers and on top of it all, an academic 9-hole, par 28, The Executive (1221m). A luxurious Clubhouse with changing-rooms and showers, a bar and a restaurant à la carte plus a well-equipped Pro-shop with competitive prices. The Golf provides a full rental service.

Tunis airport 1 hour drive. Monastir airport 1.5 hours drive. Airport transfers available at comepetitive prices.We can arrange car and driver to be available for trips at an extra charge.

A few minutes drive from Hammamet town centre with the beautiful Medina, Souk, shops, restaurants and bars.

10 minutes drive from Yasmine Hammamet with its fabulous marina, bars and restaurants. 1 hour drive from Tunis city centre.

Bookings to be made by email, 20% deposit required on booking (30% for July/August bookings). Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to start date of booking. If booking is made within 8 weeks of start date, full balance is required upon booking. Payments within 7 days of booking by bank transfer. Please note, a credit card guarantee is required on arrival against damages. Full list of all names in the party will be requested. Only those people named are allowed to reside in the apartments.
