Our villa 'Hin Sai' is a superb brand new villa situated on the North East Coast peninsular of the paradise island of Koh Samui, enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Phangan and Tong Son beach, which is just 100 metres below the villa. Conveniently located to the airport and major tourist attractions, yet secluded and very private. The villa is in the company of some of the most exclusive homes and resorts on the island. The villa is approached by a private road with 24 hour security. The accommodation oozes luxury and comprises 2 master bedrooms and 2 further guest bedrooms, all en suite with air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 living rooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a 32sq.m infinity edge pool, 143sq.m pool terrace with sala for alfresco dining. All rooms enjoy stunning ocean views.

| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are en suite with rainwater showers. The 2 master suites are sumptuous with sunken baths and sea views, his/her washbasins and granite tops with teak cupboards under. Separate wc downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is modern with granite tops and is well equipped with American style fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, rice steamer and blender/smoothie maker. Full complement of crockery, glassware and tableware. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen, bath and pool towels are provided and changed together with the cleaning of the villa by our management staff every three days. The villa is supported by our management staff who will look after guests during their stay. |

There are 2 en suite bedrooms on the lower level which could be used for extra guests or staff, if required. They have ceiling fans only. Cot and high chair supplied on request.

Trendy Fisherman’s Village with its bars and restaurants is about a 10 mins drive as is the nightlife and shopping of Chaweng. The tourist attraction of Big Buddha and restaurants and bars of Bang Rak are 5 mins or so.
Golf
The SantiBuri 18 hole golf course is a 15-20 minute drive away.
Travel
Samui Airport is less than a 10 mins drive.
Use of a car is recommended to explore the island.

Island Activities
When you are not relaxing at the pool why not visit some of the attractions on Koh Samui such as Big Buddha, Namuang Waterfalls, Grandmother & Grandfather Rocks, Magic Garden and Waterfall, Elephant Trekking, Samui Snake Farm, swim with sea lions trained in rescue work, Fishermans Village, nightlife and shopping in Chaweng.
If watersport is your thing why not indulge in a spot of snorkeling or scuba diving around the many nearby islands. Daily trips are available to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and the Anthong Marine National Park.
Booking notes
Peak Season - minimum of 7 nights. When making your booking you must pay a 25% deposit (payment method will be provided at the time of booking. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival date, the total cost of the rental shall be due at the time of booking. Balance of booking is payable 30 days before date of arrival.
