This brand new contemporary villa has been built to European style and standards. It is set in the hillside above the beautiful port harbour town of Nathon, affording peace and tranquillity with breathtaking views over the Angthong marine park. Arguably some of the best sunset views anywhere in the world will be captured from this property. Set in beautifully tended gardens and completely fenced with electric gates for privacy and security this villa comes fully staffed. The 18m pool with integrated Jacuzzi leads on to one of the 2 kitchens and bars. Off is a dining area, cloakroom and 2 independent shower cubicles, next to the gym. Indoor space and light are of the maximum, the double height entrance hall leads off to indoor dining room, kitchen, indoor bar, and cloakroom. The media room with DVD, satellite and wi-fi access has splendid views, from floor to ceiling windows. 3 bedrooms all with Jacuzzi baths and shower cubicles and large and private terraces give panoramic views.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, en-suite, superking bed, 38" Plasma TV + surround sound system, safe. Access to top terrace.
Bedroom 2, en-suite, superking bed with views to 3 aspects and access to top terrace
Bedroom 3, en-suite with superking size bed views to 2 aspects.
Bathrooms: All 3 en-suite bathrooms are installed with either single or double sinks, Jacuzzi baths and shower cubicles. Master has corner jacuzzi with lights. Master and second have small private balconies off. All 3 are large spacious bright and light.
Kitchen: In the indoor kitchen a central island unit houses integrated dishwasher and 6 cooking rings of different fuel types. American fridge /freezer, oven & microwave.
The outdoor kitchen has fridge/freezer, cooking rings, sink, and is fully equipped.
Utility Room: The washing machine is situated in the staff quaters, ensuring that all laundry is taken care of for my guests.
Living Rooms: The indoor dining room seats 12 comfortably, the outdoor one 8.
The media room has a work station overlooking the sea views, and a 42" plasma TV with CD/DVD surround sound system.
Other: The gym equipped with weights and bench, running machine and a cycling machine is at pool level with views over the ocean. The outdoor bar, is adjacent as is outdoor dining, kitchen cloakroom and 2 showers.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included, with changes made at guests request. The property is cleaned and serviced daily by the live in staff.

 

Notes on accommodation
This house is not suitable for very young children and toddlers.
I can however provide up to 3 fold away beds with linen, to be sited at your preference.

Accessibility
The house is built over 4 levels with lots of steps so is unsuitable to young children old and infirm and disabled guests.

Outside
The large beautifully tended gardens and terraces afford fantastic sun tanning opportunities. There are 6 sun beds at pool level with outdoor tables and chairs, to get away from the heat the covered outdoor dining area has more seating as has the top terrace with a 6 seater table and chairs

Coast/Beach
There are beautiful empty beaches with safe shallow swimming less than 10 mins drive away. Alternatively, Chaweng with all its hustle and bustle and busy beaches is only a 40 min drive away.

Golf
There is a golf course on the island, approx 20 mins drive away.

Travel
The airport at Samui is only a 20 mins drive away. And the port at Nathon is a 5 min drive away.

Distances
Nathon, the capital of the Island with its shops, banks and bars and a Tesco Lotus is merely a 2 mins drive.
Fishermans village with its lively bars and clubs is a short 10 - 15 mins drive away.
Chaweng the busy tourist resort is easily accessible with a 30- 40 min car journey

Further details
Hollywood Villa was purchased because of its stunning peaceful location with amazing views. The ease of accessibility make this property a house with one of the best views on the Island but without having the long off road journey to achieve it.

To confirm a booking I will need a deposit within 7 days of booking with the balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
