Kitchen: High specification kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, microwave and grill, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, rice cooker, food blender, toaster and kettle, coffee maker. An extensive selection of cooking utensils and crockery etc.
Living Rooms: The lounge and dining room is open plan with dining room table seating for 6, lounge has 42' LCD TV with satellite TV and entertainment system. There is also high speed internet access and a safe for valuables.
Other: All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen, bath and pool towels included and change together with cleaning of the villa by our staff every 3 days.

Notes on accommodation
The interior boasts a central focus of lounge, dining room and kitchen combined to create an excellent social area. Each room is furnished to a high standard with all the facilities to enable extremely comfortable living whilst on holiday.

Not suitable for disabled people.

Outside
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, or alternatively, the villa has a covered terrace with relaxing chairs for those who like the shade. Also on the terrace is a table for al-fresco eating with seating for six.

Coast/Beach
Wonderful sandy beaches only 5 minutes drive away.

Golf
Championship golf course located 20 minutes drive away.

Tours, excursions, spa and massage treatments organised by our staff.

Travel
15 minutes drive to and from the Island airport. Car hire is recommended and can be organised by our staff prior to your arrival. Alternatively, we can arrange transport to and from locations.

Distances
10 mins to shopping in Chaweng and places of interest are generally never more than 20 mins away on the Island.

We can provide a complete service and will organise airport pick-ups, car hire, tour and excursions all of which will help to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday during your stay with us.

Booking notes
When you make your booking you must complete our booking form accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions and pay a 25% deposit as detailed on the booking form (payment method will be provided at the time of booking).

If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the total cost of the rental shall be due at the time of booking. The balance of the booking shall normally be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date or as agreed.
