Detached 2 double bedroom Orchid Villa 2 is our second holiday rental home on Koh Samui. It was built-in 2007. The villa is set in it's own grounds located on the hillside overlooking Chaweng. Access to the villa is via steps from the car port. There are two double bedrooms one with double bed and the other with twin beds, both en-suite. Both bedrooms have air-con. Car hire is included with this rental - 4-door automatic Toyota Vios (subject to guests holding a valid driving licence).

Travel
Samui airport is a 15 minute drive away. The main passenger ferry port of Nathon is about a 45 minute drive. A car is recommended and car rental is included in rental rates. We offer free airport/ferry transfer
Distances
Chaweng, the resort capital, is only 15 minutes drive.
Further details
Tesco/Lotus superstore is a 5-10 minute drive away. There is a Thai restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the villa. Bangkok/Samui Hospital 10 minute drive away.

Prices are for the property per night in UK pounds. A deposit of 30% must be paid at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For full booking terms please contact us. We use an independent secure online rental booking system which requires a booking fee. There is a refundable breakages deposit of £200

About the owner
We have lived on Koh Samui for 9 years and have been renting out properties on the island for 8 years. We endeavour to make our guests’ stay at our properties as perfect as possible. We want visitors to go home with only happy memories. We appreciate how stressful life can be and how important it is to be able to ‘get away from it all’ and relax.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We fell in love with Koh Samui, as many people do, after spending many happy holidays here and decided to move here permanently in 2002. Orchid Villa 2 is the 3rd villa we have offered for holiday rent. We designed the villa ourselves. We chose the area because of the peaceful location and the fact that it was only a short distance from all amenities.

Orchid Villa 2 is only a short drive to shopping facilities, the airport, hospital, beaches, restaurants and 'night life'. So, you can enjoy peaceful relaxation and all that is available locally as and when you wish!
