Attention golf lovers: Ideal for golf fanatics, there are no less than 20 first class exotic golf courses within 30-45 minutes of Pattaya. All green fees a buggy and caddie are included in price and prices are well below half of what you would pay in Europe.

The living room is vast and open plan with a function for each area, a full size pool table for those stay in evenings, in the study section a computer is at your finger tips to check on your important day to day emails. |

The house is suitable for families and children of all ages. Water world, go karting, paint guns, fishing, elephant rides etc are all in close proximity of this amazing villa.

Outside
The garden and pool areas are full equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a table and chairs for outside dining. It has its own private pool and use of the large communal pool.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are within 5-10 mins drive. Depending on your requirements there are many beaches to choose from and close by is Pattaya water park with many exiting rides for kids and adults.
Golf
Ideal for golf fanatics, there are no less than 20 first class exotic golf courses within 30-45 minutes of Pattaya. All green fees a buggy and caddie are included in price and prices are well below half of what you would pay in Europe. The views from the golf courses are breathtaking with many lake and mountain backdrops.
Special interest holidays
The villa is well located; within 30 mins you have many attractions for all ages. Elephant rides, water parks, go-cart tracks, crocodile zoo's etc. For the kids and adults alike Nong Nooch is a 30 minute drive away and boasts some of the best gardens and landscaping to be seen in Thailand, also a culture show and tiger circus performs twice a day. A 15 minute taxi ride takes you to the infamous Walking Street with its extreme nightlife. 15 minutes in the other direction takes you to Jomtiem with its beach facilities including wind surfing, ski jets, banana rides and speed boat on hire for sea fishing. It's impossible to describe Pattaya in a few sentences because of the diversity and excitement it offers, and of course the Thai people go out of their way to make you so welcome.
Travel
Bangkok it closest airport around 1 1/2 hours drive. Once in Pattaya local flights to Phuket and Kosamui are available from U tpou Airport which is about 45 minutes from Pattaya.
Distances
A drive of about an hour and a half will take you into the depths of Thailands countryside with its waterfalls and mountains. There are many excursions and trips to cater for all tastes.
Further details
Shops for essentials are on your door step all larger department stores and shops are a 10 minute taxi drive away, banks, supermarkets, DIY are all very close. You will soon realise that food is never more than a few steps away, a variety of authentic Thai food and of course many Europe restaurants, Steak houses, Italian Pitza, Mexican. Full English and continental Breakfasts are available everywhere with proper English bangers and bacon.
Booking notes
Please email booking enquires to our email address. Full payment it required 8 weeks before stay. A booking deposit of one weeks rental is required on day of booking. There is no refund of deposits. Payment is prefered by telegraphic transfer but other options can be offered.
