Luxury beachside living:
The villa has a large integral lounge and dining room, together with a fully furnished kitchen with all the modern conveniences for dining. There are three large bedrooms with king-size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, and there is a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed.
The rooms have been designed with your personal comfort in mind, with air conditioning appropriate to the sunny tropical climate complimented by stylish ceiling fans. All the windows are inter-changeable between glass and mosquito netting to create an ideal ambiance at all times. The villa is also equipped with the latest in modern technology including cable TV and DVD/CD players.
The large lounge and living area is the heart of Baan Chaai Haat, with TV entertainment system, dining room and gourmet kitchen. As an additional service we can provide you with your own chef, Khun Eak, who will prepare and serve your own choice of both International and Thai cuisine.

Accessibility
From the main living area, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a large pool that is ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children. On either side terraces and sundecks tempt you with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun. There is also a large gas BBQ plus an outdoor dining facility to complete your tropical living experience.
Outside
Beachfront setting:
Baan Chaai Haat enjoys one of the finest positions to be found on any tropical island. From the pool and sundeck and the outdoor dining facility, just a few steps lead down to the white sand, with the ocean stretching away to the horizon. From here you have magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-surfing.
Coast/Beach

Golf
There is a local golf driving-range on the road towards Lamai, less than 10 minutes away by car.
Koh Samui also has a new golf course, the Santiburi International golf course, destined to be one of the top golf courses in Asia.
We are able to organise your golfing holiday for you, or as an additional item you may wish to enjoy occasionally during your stay. The gold course is approx 35 minutes away and we can arrange transport and organise your green fees and equipment if needed.

Travel
Baan Chaai Haat is just 30 minutes from the International Koh Samui aerport. It is at Samui Beach Village, a small luxury development hidden away from the busy tourist areas of Samui.
The ever popular Lamai Beach is only 10 minutes away.
Another 30 minutes take you to Chaweng and Samui’s leading golf course. So you are never too far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities. Yet you will still feel you are on your own tropical island.
Distances
There are a number of restaurants close to the property.
Lamai tourist centre is less than 10 minutes away by car.
There are many tourist attractions around the area and throughout Koh Samui. Please ask our manager or staff and they can organise these for you.
We have a car (Honda 4x4) available for rent should you prefer to use your own transport.
Further details
The island is home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies within easy reach. Together with the various health spas, many only a short distance away, all your health care needs can be satisfied.
Local attractions and places of interest: Baan Chaai Haat is close to many attractions and areas of interest. A 20 minute ride on a traditional Thai long-tail boat will take you to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands that are well known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling. Or why not try a safari trek into the rainforest and ride an elephant – or have a private class in the kitchen of your villa to learn first hand the secrets of Thai cooking?

Upon making a booking, we will hold the villa dates for you until a deposit of 50% has been paid, normally via bank transfer to our UK company which is responsible for the rental.
The final is due 30 days before arrival. Any extras such as trips, food, spa, etc can be paid for directly to our manager in Samui.
