Outside
Gardens surround the property and there is ample parking on site. Access to the pool complex is a few metres away and there is safe, shallow bathing for children provided. Garden furniture is provided for the use of guests and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
If lounging on the beach all day is your idea of the perfect break, Jomtien beach is just a comfortable stroll away about fifteen minutes or a two minute drive.
Golf
There are now over 200 golf courses in Thailand and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property. Full details on our home website.
Although the courses are of Intenational standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy to carry your clubs, provide refreshments and shield you from the sun. The Eastern Seaboard Golf Club will allocate International handicaps according to the USGA rules upon reseipt of your score card.
Travel
The properties are approximately 2 hours from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people and their luggage for 2300 Baht (£32) each way - contact us for further details.

These properties are ideally situated to explore Thailand's fascinating history, and with the fabulous climate and some of the best entertainment in the world, you will never be bored!
If you are more inclined to windsurfing, jet skiing or just swimming you will find lots of opportunities to indulge in your sport around the coast, and if you are a diver you will be staggered at the beauty and diversity of the marine life in the oceans within easy reach.
