The main building is of a contemporary modern style which includes 2 large bedrooms, a dining room and spacious kitchen. This building is fully air-conditioned and features a unique glass roof with automated sunshade shutter which can be fully retracted to allow the romantic moonlight to fill the building. The other building is of a traditional Thai style which gracefully complements the property as a functional beach house. This building is surrounded by folding glass doors which open up to blend a comfortable living area with the natural landscape of a tropical beach setting. The infinity pool is attached to this beach building with a Thai style wooden deck. 15 mins to golf course.

Accessibility
The villa is over 2 storeys with bedroom 2 on the upper floor. There is 1 step to the entrance gate, 1 step to the beach building, and 3 steps to the main building. Access to the beach is 3 steps. This property can accommodate wheelchair users upon request.
Outside
Garden is fully landscaped with tropical plants. There are 2 sunbeds and an outdoor sofa set on the deck. The private infinity pool is approximately 25sq.m in size and features a jacuzzi bench and kid's shallow area.
Coast/Beach
Kao Laem Noi beach is one of the more private beaches in Koh Samui as the property is on a stretch of land that is completely privately owned with minimal development of the surrounding areas. Almost all of the time, the beach is private to the residents of the Emerald Residence.
Golf
Currently, there are at least 2 golf courses in Koh Samui. The nearest and largest golf course is just 15 minutes away from the property in Maenam named the 'Santiburi Golf Course'.
Travel
Koh Samui airport is approximately 20 minutes away from the property. Airport transfer is recommended for check-in to the property which we can arrange. Car hire is most likely necessary which we can also arrange.
Distances
The nearest major district is Nathon which is considered the major town of Koh Samui. Nathon is 10 minutes away from the property. Nathon has a few good beachfront seafood restaurants and local shopping. There is also plenty of sightseeing attractions in the area. The city centre which is Chaweng is approximately 20 minutes from the property. In Chaweng, you will find many good restaurants and shopping.

Booking deposit: 30% to confirm reservation. Balance upon check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm. Major credit card is required for security deposit.
