The villa is set within the exclusive 'Sai Taan' gated residence with its own high perimeter walls ensuring total privacy. The swimming pool has a built-in luxury Jacuzzi with adjacant outdoor shower. There is a 'pool bar' with chairs, and for sun seekers, sun beds with adjustable shades. The open-plan living/dining room and master bedroom each open out to the gardens and swimming pool, enabling a seamless merging of the outdoor and indoor living spaces, redefining luxurious island living.

The nearest beach is Bang Tao, which is a 15 minute walk away.

For those interested in sport the island has much to offer both on and off the water. On water, from windsurfing & sailing to paragliding, and on land, riding (a local riding school is close to the villa), tennis, go cart racing, and even a bungie jump! There is truely something for everyone to do. And of course, great nightlife, fabulous restaurants and the island offers breathtaking scenery and sunsets. So, choose to play golf, tennis, shop or simply relax in the Jacuzzi or by the pool!
Travel
Phuket International Airport is a 20 min drive away and car hire is available locally.
Distances
Restaurants, bars and shops can all be found within the local area. The Banyan Tree Resort & Spa, Laguna golf course, Laguna Village shopping centre & some of the finest restaurants on the island are all only a 5 min drive away.
