Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes drive from the larger resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong. Easy access to all amenities, including good bars and restaurants. Each villa is beautifully furnished with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge with sofabed for 2 extra guests and patio doors out to the shaded patio for al fresco dining. Air conditioned throughout, plus ceiling fans in every room. Outside, the tropical gardens surrounding the villas and secluded pool, are beautifully lit at night, making it an ideal romantic getaway for couples, or suitable for families also. The surrounding area has many interesting things to see and do.

The inside dining area also has a dining table with 6 chairs. The European style kitchen is well equipped with hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has king size bed, and patio doors out to the lovely garden. The second bedroom has twin beds, and again, patio doors out to the lovely garden. All rooms have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, and fly screens on all patio doors and windows. |

Notes on accommodation
These 3 villas are uniquely situated in a beautiful walled and gated stunning Tropical Garden, making them not only suitable for individual bookings, but also ideal for group bookings ie 2 or 3 families or 2 or 3 groups of friends, wishing to holiday together, yet still retain their own privacy. Shortly after your arrival we offer you a complimentary tour (half an hour or so) of our local area, including a visit to Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, and pointing out all our favourite Restaurants, Bars, Shops etc on the way. A welcome pack will be provided. The pool is available all year as the temperature never drops below 26% - so you can enjoy a holiday here 12 months of the year! Families and children welcome, but young children will need to be supervised in the pool area. The owners - who are English speaking - are on hand to answer any questions. Sorry - but strictly no smoking inside the villas. Again, sorry, but no pets allowed.
Accessibility
Regrettably, non of these properties are suitable for people with impaired mobility.
Outside
The villas are approached via a large gate, and lovely driveway through the tropical gardens. They each have their own car ports for secure parking. Coconut Beach Villa, Coconut Lagoon Villa and Coconut Palms Villa share a lovely secluded Pool located in the Beautiful Tropical Gardens.
Coast/Beach
Stunning Nai Harn Beach is a 5 minute drive away. It has crystal clear waters and golden sand, ideal for snorkelling or swimming and you can find several good restaurants for enjoying a lunchtime beer or evening meal. Rawai Beach is just a 2 minute drive away, and here you can catch a longtail boat to take you out to one of the idyllic tropical islands. Rawai also has many good restaurants and bars. Kata, Karon and Patong beaches have good water sports - approx 10 to 25 minutes drive away.
Golf
Phuket has many first class courses with standards of facilities undreamed of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses, and green fees are surprisingly low.
Special interest holidays
Sailing here is just perfect! The Andaman Sea is warm all year round, and with so many idyllic tropical islands just off shore, what sailing enthusiast could resist?
Travel
Regular flights leave the UK via Heathrow, direct to Bangkok. Then, a short flight from Bangkok takes you to Phuket Airport.
We recommend Thai Airways although other airlines are often cheaper.
We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at Phuket Airport (Cost approx £15 per trip), and we are located approx 50 minutes from the airport, at the southern tip of Phuket Island.
Car or bike hire can be arranged locally and we are only too pleased to help.
Distances
Promthep Cape is just a 5 minute drive away. Here you can watch the most spectacular sunsets.
Phuket Town is a 20 minute drive away. Here you will find various shopping malls, and large supermarkets. Also the extremely good cinema - showing all the latest films in very plush air conditioned surroundings.

Phuket with its beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 degrees and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year! This means you can enjoy your holiday here anytime of the year! Sailing is fabulous here. With so many interesting islands offshore, and warm sea temperatures all year round, what sailing enthusiast could resist? Why not enjoy a sunset cruise? Diving and Snorkelling is great too! The Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the prestine Similian Islands, with stunning coral reefs and marine life. There are many PADI dive schools nearby too! Canoe adventures in Phang Nga Bay - a great day out where you navigate through narrow passages and small caves into landlocked lagoons! Phi Phi Islands are just a boat ride away. Thailand's "Jewel in the Crown", these island are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful Maya Bay where "The Beach" was filmed. Make it a mini adventure and stay overnight at one of the Bungalow Resorts right on the beach. You can catch a ferry from Phuket Town (approx 3 hour trip), or a speedboat from Rawai Beach (approx 30 minute trip). Thai Cuisine - Thai food is renowned for its quality and diversity - and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach! We have many wonderful restaurants close to the villas - and will make recommendations on your arrivel. Also, eating here is so much cheaper than expected - you can get a delicious meal for just £1.50 per head! Cookery classes are held locally too! Why not learn how to cook your favourite dish so you can enjoy it back home? Thai people - there are so many good things to be said about Amazing Thailand, and the local Thai people are definitely to be included on the list. We can thoroughly recommend, the Kayaking Trip around the Islands, Bamboo Rafting Trip, White Water Rafting Adventure and Wat Bang Riang Temple with visit to The Monkey Cave / Buddhist Temple. About the owner
We are Ken and Tip and we have a 4 year old daughter, Jasmine. We Designed and Built "Coconut Paradise Resort" and we live in our own Villa in the Beautiful Grounds. Our villas are all built to very high standards and are fully equipped with new furniture, all kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi high speed internet and telephone. Outside are the beautiful pools and gardens (most of our villas have private pools) Comfortable sun loungers and a private car port. We offer a full and personal service including booking taxis, car hire, tours etc. and we take you on a complimentary tour of our local area to familiarise yourselves with the local beaches, shops, bars, restaurants etc. We have our own seafront restaurant and we offer room service for meals which is very popular.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Where we live in Rawai / Nai Harn is the Southern most point of Phuket and it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. "Coconut Paradise Resort" is located right in the centre of this quiet typical Thai Village Area but is within 2 minutes drive of the stunning local beaches, shops and many excellent bars and restaurants. We are also only 20 to 25 minutes from the major towns and shopping malls. Rawai and Nai Harn are still very "Thai" and most of the people you see are normal friendly Thai people going about their daily lives. You have all the conveniences you need to be comfortable with out the heavy traffic and noise of the big towns on the West Coast. Also we can catch a local longtail boat at Rawai beach and have a fabulous day out on the stunning local tropical islands near-bye.
