Bon Island Villa & it’s private pool, is situated in beautiful Tropical Gardens, all beautifully lit at night. The villa is beautifully furnished & well equipped with full air conditioning, ceiling fans & fly screens on all windows & patio doors. The villa sleeps 4/6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus an en-suite shower room & patio doors out to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds – plus a second shower room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate 2 further guests. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, over and hob, microwave and washing machine etc. The open plan lounge is also well equipped with TV, DVD, ADSL Internet connection & patio doors out to the delightful outside dining patio. The outside dining patio is right beside the pool & the perfect place to enjoy your meals! The villa is approached through beautiful thai style wooden doors and has it’s own car port - and is situated in a walled & gated garden. |

Tour - Shortly after your arrival we offer to take you on a complimentary tour, to show you all the best beaches, the best bars & the best restaurants so that you can really start enjoying your holiday from the minute you arrive!
Restaurant delivery service available for you to enjoy your meals on your outside private dining patio beside your private pool!
An information folder in your villa - packed full of great ideas & tours for you to enjoy!
A welcome pack will be provided - plus all linen and towels.
The pools are available all year as the temperature rarely drops below 26 degrees.
Families and children welcome. We can provide (by arrangement) a cot, high chair, babysitter and children's DVDs.
The owners live close by and are there to help answer any questions, arrange taxis & car or bike hire.
We have an excellent local tour operator who can call at your villa to help recommend and book tours for you.
Accessibility
Although these villas have not been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users, they are "fairly well" accessible for people with impaired mobility.
Outside
The villas are situated in quiet Tropical Gardens all beautifully lit at night, making it a very romantic getaway for couples, and of course, ideal for families also.
Sun loungers are provided by the pools for getting that all important sun tan - and the covered outside dining patio is perfect for meals any time of day or night!
The gardens and pools are maintained daily by our staff.
Each villa has it's own private car port in the walled & gated Tropical Gardens.
Coast/Beach
Stunning Nai Haan Beach, is just a 5 mins drive away. It has crystal clear waters and golden sand, ideal for snorkelling or swimming, with a few good restaurants for enjoying a lunchtime beer or evening meal.
Rawai Beach is just 2 mins drive away & here you can catch a longtail boat out to the many idyllic tropical islands.
The Villas are close to many good restaurants & bars.
Kata, Karon & Patong are just a 15 mins drive, with water sports available, & larger shopping facilities.
Golf
Phuket has many first class courses with standards of facilities undreamed of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses, and green fees are surprisingly low. A golfers paradise!
Skiing
Nearby is a superb Cable Ski Lake, where you can water-ski or wakeboard at very reasonable prices!
Special interest holidays
Great Cookery Courses held nearby. Learn how to cook your favourite delicious Thai Meal and take the recipe back home with you. Training for Muay Thai Boxing available in Rawai.
Travel
Regular flights leave the UK via Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, flying direct to Bangkok, then a quick transfer on to Phuket. Air Asia – fly from London Stansted to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), & then straight into Phuket.

Car & Bike Hire can be arranged locally too, and we can have your car delivered to your Villa. Prices approx 20 GBP per day.
Distances
Phrom Thep Cape - just a 5 min drive away, has stunning sunsets.
Phuket Town - a 20 minute drive away, has good shopping malls, and a great cinema. Plus, we have detailed a 2 hour walk (with map), which takes you around interesting Temples and old Mansions etc.
Elephant or Horse riding - close by, and great fun. Zoo and Aquarium - both interesting and fun days out.
Patong - famous for it's beach with every type of water sport, but possibly more so for it's outrageous nightlife!
Further details
Phuket with its beautiful beaches & idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 degrees and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year! The rainy season (Summer Season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the Summer Season, there are still long periods of sunshine each day, making Phuket a perfect holiday destination all year round!
Sailing - with so many beautiful islands offshore, & warm sea temperatures all year, what sailing enthusiast could resist?
Diving & Snorkelling - the Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the pristine Similian Islands, with stunning coral reefs & marine life. There are many PADI dive school nearby.
Canoe Adventures in Phang Nga Bay, where you navigate through narrow passages & small caves into landlocked lagoons! A great day out!
Phi Phi Islands are just a boat ride away. Thailand's ‘Jewel in the Crown’, these islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful Maya Bay where "The Beach" was filmed.
Thai Food is renowned for its quality and diversity - and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach! We have many wonderful Restaurants close to the Villa - plus you can order meals to be delivered to your Villa - and we will make recommendations on your arrival!

Temples - Phuket has many, the most important being Wat Chalong - just a 10 minute drive away.
There are so many good things to be said about Amazing Thailand, and the local Thai people are definitely to be included on the list. Always friendly, always smiling - a joy to get to know.
Massage - You can have a massage in the privacy of your Villa - or right beside your Private Pool! Spoil yourself to a manicure & pedicure also!

Balance of letting fee is due 6 weeks before commencement of let.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance of letting fee (see above) - to be refunded on departure - subject to no breakages.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Rawai and Nai Haan are beautifully located in a much sought after area, at the Southern Tip of Phuket Island. My villas are in a wonderful quiet location and close to white sandy beaches and idyllic tropical islands. You can catch a Longtail Boat from nearby Rawai Beach and go "Island Hopping", or faster Speedboats or Ferries, to visit islands further afield - for instance Phi Phi Islands!The year round temperature of between 26 and 36 degrees is wonderful! Our area has a fabulous selection of Restaurants, all serving a great selection of Thai and European food - and all amazingly good value for money. Parts of Phuket are much busier - and it's nice to be able to visit them (Kata, Karon and Patong) - but I just love the quiet peacefulness of my little piece of paradise in Rawai.
Unique benefits of the property
My villas offer luxury at affordable prices - and you can be sure that you will enjoy a very special holiday here. Rawai is a very Traditional Thai Village, at the southern tip of Phuket - and a much sought after area. The quiet peacefulness at the Villas is thoroughly enjoyed by all my Guests - many of whom find it hard to drag themselves away from their private pools! Yet there is so much to do in the surrounding area, nobody ever wants to go home. I don't think you can get a better recommendation than that.
