Coral Island Villa (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

Spacious open plan kitchen/lounge area with 2 sets of patio doors to catch the breeze. The lounge area has a sofabed, coffee table, TV with satellite channels, DVD player, ADSL internet connection and patio doors leading out to the patio for outside dining. The dining patio looks onto the private pool and has a dining table, 6 chairs, coffee table, lights and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The European style kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room with electric shower and patio doors out to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors out to the tropical garden, and there is a second Shower Room. Air Conditioning units and ceiling fans in every room, plus fly screens on all patio doors and windows.

Bon Island Villa (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

Notes on accommodation
These two villas, although completely private, are uniquely situated in the same walled and gated tropical garden, making them also suitable for larger bookings of, for instance, 2 families, or 2 groups of friends wishing to holiday together - and yet still retain their own privacy.

Shortly after your arrival we offer to take you on a complimentary tour (half hour or so), to show you our local area, including Rawai Beach, Nai Haan Beach, and all our favourite Restaurants, Bars, Shops etc, so that you can get the most out of your holiday right from the minute you arrive.

A welcome pack will be provided, including Tropical Fruits, Tropical Flowers, a Bottle of Wine and other essentials.

The pool is available all year as the temperature rarely drops below 26 degrees. Families and children welcome.

The owners - who are English speaking, are on hand to answer any questions.
Sorry - but strictly no smoking inside the villas.

Accessibility
Although these villas have not been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users, they are "fairly well" accessible for people with impaired mobility.

Outside
The Villas are situated in walled and gated tropical gardens, beautifully lit at night, making it a very romantic getaway for couples, and of course, ideal for families also. Sunloungers are provided by the pools for getting that all important sun tan, and each Villa has it's own Thai Style Thatched Sala beside their pool, perfect for cooling down in the shade - and a good spot for evening cocktails!

Coast/Beach
Stunning Nai Haan Beach, is just a 5 mins drive away. It has crystal clear waters and golden sand, ideal for snorkelling or swimming, with 1 or 2 good restaurants for enjoying a lunchtime beer or evening meal. Rawai Beach is just 2 mins drive away and here you can catch a longtail boat out to the many idyllic tropical islands. The Villas are close to many good restaurants and bars. Kata, Karon and Paton are just a 15 mins drive, with water sports available, and larger shopping facilities.

Golf
Phuket has many first class courses with standards of facilities undreamed of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses, and green fees are surprisingly low.

Travel
Regular flights leave the UK via Heathrow, direct to Bangkok, where you will transfer to a short flight on to Phuket. We recommend Thai Airways although other airlines are often cheaper. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at Phuket Airport (cost approx £15 each trip), and we are located approx 50 mins from the airport, at the southern tip of Phuket Island. Car or bike hire can be arranged locally and we are only too pleased to help. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

PHROM THEP CAPE - just a 5 min drive away, has stunning sunsets.
PHUKET TOWN - a 20 minute drive away, has good shopping malls, and a great cinema. Plus, we have detailed a 2 hour walk (with map), which takes you around interesting Temples and old Mansions etc.
ELEPHANT or HORSE RIDING - close by, and great fun.
ZOO and AQUARIUM - both interesting and fun days out.
PATONG - famous for it's beach with every type of watersport, but possibly more so for it's outrageous nightlife!

Further details
PHUKET with its beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 degrees and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year! The rainy season (Green Season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the Green Season, there are still long periods of sunshine each day, making it a very nice time to visit Phuket.
SAILING - with so many interesting islands offshore, and warm sea temperatures all year round, what sailing enthusiast could resist?
DIVING & SNORKELLING - the Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the prestine Similian Islands, with stunning coral reefs and marine life. There are many PADI dive school nearby.
CANOE ADVENTURES in Phang Nga Bay, where you navigate through narrow passages and small caves into landlocked lagoons! A great day out!
PHI PHI ISLANDS are just a boat ride away. Thailand's ‘Jewel in the Crown’, these islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful Maya Bay where "The Beach" was filmed.You can catch a ferry from Phuket Town (approx 3 hour trip), or a speedboat from Rawai Beach (approx 30 mins trip).
THAI FOOD is renowned for its quality and diversity - and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach! We have many wonderful Restaurants close to the Villa - and will make recommendations on your arrival! Also, eating here is so much cheaper than expected - you can get a delicious meal for just £1.50 per head!
COOKERY CLASSES held locally too! Why not learn how to cook your favourite dish so you can enjoy it back home?
TEMPLES - Phuket has many, the most important being Wat Chalong - just a 10 minute drive away.
THAI PEOPLE - there are so many good things to be said about Amazing Thailand, and the local Thai people are definitely to be included on the list. Always friendly, always smiling - a joy to get to know.
