This beautifully appointed luxury villa stands on 1000 square metres of land and comprises four en-suite bedrooms, substantial living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and maid’s quarters comprising a laundry with washer and dryer. Outside you will find the traditional Thai sala which is perfect for relaxing beside the 10-metre pool and Jacuzzi. The Villa has been beautifully furnished by renowned Bali-based interior designer Anom, with contemporary furnishings throughout giving it a lovely spacious and clean feel. All bedrooms are finished with high quality linen and beddings and the bathrooms are adorned with luxuriant over-sized bath towels. Outside, you will find an 8-seater dining setting for more relaxed occasions or for enjoying the luxuriant garden setting. There is also an outdoor bar that can be used for cocktail parties. Villa Lumiere also enjoys automated smart-lighting and an integrated villa-wide audio system to play your favourite music.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite and massage room. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with en-suite. The Garden Suite has a queen-sized bed and also a double pull-out sofa and en-suite. |
| Bathrooms: | All bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms with huge showers and a sunken bath in the Master Bedroom and Garden Suite. All bathrooms are equipped with luxuriant towels. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster and kettle. Every conceivable utensil is available fom a wine opener to a garlic press. Crockery, cutlery and glassware can cater for up to 12 guests. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and dryer together with ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished with stylish sofas, chairs and ottomans and enjoys a 50 inch plasma TV; there is also a DVD/VCD machine. The attached dining room has a modern 8-seater setting with adjacent bar overlooking the open kitchen. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a maid who will service your villa every other day; but should you need daily service it can be arranged at a small additional cost. All towels and linen are included. |

The beach at Bang Tao is a 5 minute drive.
Golf
A wonderful golf course can be found 5 minutes away at the Banyan Tree Resort.
The famous Blue Canyon course is a 20 minute drive away.
Travel
Phuket International Airport is a 20 minute drive from the Villa.
Distances
The local village, a short walk away, has many restaurants, galleries and shops to enjoy. The Laguna Resort with its 5-star hotels also contains many dining and shopping options.
