This villa has it all, from antique full size snooker table and full equipped professional gym by Technogym. The villa has large pool on both the east and west side with large terraces. 2 Jacuzzis one in the west pool and one between to master suites on upper east terrace. The two sides of the property are connected via a 40m covered walkway which you can view the fantastic koi pond in the garden between the two side. All bedrooms are fitted with 42in plasma tv with denon surround sound (iPod compatible). Independent fire and security alarm system. There is also expensive sound system in the sauna, gym, snooker and both main terrace areas. The lounge area boast a 50in plasma with JBL surround sound and a large sitting area and dining table. All kitchen, laundry and maids bedrooms are situated in the basement as to keep guest interruption to a minimum. The property also benefits from it's own silent power plant, in case of power cuts. No kitchen in main living area. This property has a 600 sq.m. service area with full commercial kitchen, Large fridges are on the east terrace and in the main bar on the west pool terrace. BBQ are available on both east and west terraces. |

Full laundry in service area. The rental price includes daily laundry service for personal items as well as all towels and bedding. |

Snooker room with stunning views of the bay. The bar area on the west terrace is a nice place to sit and watch the sunset. Dining room on east with excellent views. Lounge area at the other end of the dining room with excellent entertainment system. |

This villa benefits from a state of the art gym from techno gym. Fitted with a full kenesis system and the new wave machine. The view from all cardio machines is out to sea and the beach. The pictures on the website have not had these views superimposed. |

The property has a english speaking manager, 2 full time maid, gardener and cook. All rooms are cleaned daily and and bed linen changed every 3 days. All towels sun lounger towels, gym towels and beach towels are included. |
Notes on accommodation
The rental of the property includes all staff, cook, massage (1 hour per day per guest as required), food and drinks (alcoholic and soft details by request on food and drink). The property is one of the largest on Koh Samui and protected by 24 hour security and a state of the art alarm system with cctv in the entrance areas. The villa also has full wireless internet access around the villa and in all rooms. All children staying at the villa must be able to swim as the property has 2 pools and two big koi carp ponds.

Accessibility
Due to this property being set on different levels, it would not suit wheelchair users.
Outside
The property has a 12m x 5m pool on the east side and a 17m x 7m pool on the west with large jacuzzi. For pool size please visit our website (see link below) and visit floor plans. There is a large barbecue available for guest use. There are teak chairs and tables along with 14 teak sun loungers and side table. On the west terrace there is a sala which contains the bar and bar stools. On the east side there is a massage sala and guest can have massage on request.
Coast/Beach
There is a short walk east or west to small quiet beaches. Chewang beach the main holiday resort is about 7 kms, Bophut beach - village 5 kms. Chewang is a nice beach about 3 kms long but can get busy at certain times of the year. Bophut beach is always quite even in peak times. Bophut is a nice village to stroll through of an evening some of the buildings take you back in time to when it used to be a fishing village.
Golf
Koh Samui boast a new golf course which has been constructed on the side of a hillside with some unbelievable views. The Santiburi course is about 10 kms from the property. Special interest holidays
Mountain bikes are available from the property and Diving trips to the national marine park can be arranged by request. Also private dive training courses can be arranged at the property.
Travel
The airport is situated about 3 kms away and 6 min drive. Guests that rent the full villa will have access to the Toyota Fortuner (7 seater). Guests that just rent the west side we recommend that they hire some kind of transport. We can arrange this for you if you wish.
All guests will be collected from the airport on arrival and taken to the airport for departure included in the rental price.
Distances
Chewang is approx 7 kms away. Bophut as about 5 kms and Lamai about 15 kms. All these have beaches and nightlife.
Further details
The villa has been fitted out to the highest standard. There is no shortage of bedlinen, all of which is of a high quality. The villa has 14 teak sun lounger/cushions and side tables situated on all levels which minimises the movement of terrace furniture. The dining/entertainment room on the lower east side has a 50 inch plasma TV with a top of the range JBL sound system which has to heard to be believed. There is also a Xbox360 for use in this area. This villa is one of the largest villas on Koh Samui.

The property has only been recently completed. If you have a enquiry regards renting the property, you can contact
email or telephone. The complete villa as detailed on an all inclusive basis for 8 guest will be between £1000 low season and £2000 peak season per day for 2008. The bedrooms on the west side of the villa can be rented separately with full use of the gym/sauna and snooker room.
