This Villa is perfectly suited to either the larger family or single groups alike. Private and secure yet within 15 minutes of all major activities.

Accessibility
There are only very small steps into the property offering mobilty for guests with wheelchairs. We have a narrower wheelchair available to access the smaller doors of the bathrooms.

Outside
Beautiful gardens with plentiful seating (14/16 persons) with additional sunbeds on the sundeck area. Shallow childrens pool adjoining the adult pool with built in Jacuzzi and 2.2 meter high waterfall. Purpose built good size BBQ for the family feast. Lights surround the pool and sundeck area for those warm evenings socialising at home or for pure relaxation.
Tropical grassed gardens to the Western side offers a large rustic swing, and many fragranced plants for your enjoyment.
Private off road parking for the car, the Villa is detached, gated and secure, perfect for those with younger children.

Coast/Beach
Jomtien Beach is just a two minute drive from Viewpoint with it's six kilometers of palm-lined golden sands and warm turquoise seas, you are in holiday paradise. The Jomtien/Pattaya beaches here have everything for the perfect Thailand holiday, from Banana boats and Paragliding to sunbathing, sampling the delicious locally caught seafood or treating yourself to a relaxing Thai massage.

Golf
Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. Golfing holidays are now hugely popular, and there are over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property ideal for those wishing to make it a golf holiday.
Although the courses are of International standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy. The Eastern Seaboard Golf Club will allocate International handicaps according to the USGA rules upon receipt of your score card.
Bangpra International.
This is a Japanese designed, 4 star course which although originally built in 1958 was completely redesigned in 1987 to meet the demand of those on golfing holidays. The par 72 course has some of the fastest greens to test your putting skills.

Payment terms are 10% deposit on confirmed booking. 40% eight weeks prior to arrival with the balance payable on arrival at your property.
Credit/debit card facilities for your deposit payments are available. Charges for bookings less than 7 nights are accepted with a surcharge.
