There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity. Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the roof garden taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy. The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 en suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other 2 bedrooms share.

Coast/Beach
Nai Harn beach is 1km away, 5 minutes drive. Ya Nui, Freindship beach, Laem Ka and Rawai beach are all beautiful and secluded beaches in the immediate area, all within 5 -10 minutes drive.
There are many uninhabited islands just off the coast, perfect for hiring speedboats and going island hopping, having family picnics on deserted beaches and going snorkelling or fishing.
Golf
There are a number of high standard golf courses on Phuket. The nearest one to the villa is the Phuket Country Club about 20 minutes away.

Distances
The villa provides a great base from which to dip into the package tour destinations of Kata, Karon and Patong and also explore the whole of Phuket.
All major tourist attractions are easily reached within 30 - 40 minutes and there are a massive range of activities in the immediate area.
Further details
Thai massages are offered on Nai Harn beach, the ideal spot to relax in. There are also many Thai massage services offered around the area.
There is a supermarket, bakery and deli 2 minutes from the villa selling every type of western groceries, good meat for bbq's, cheeses and breads.
There is a bank 2 minutes from the villa.
People flock from all over Phuket to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink on Promthep cape, just next to Nai Harn beach.
There is a large Muay Thai camp, 5 minutes from the villa which attracts many foreigners wanting to come and train with local boxers. 1 day training sessions are offered.
There are a range of excellent local restaurants catering for every taste; for very good Thai cuisine we recommend Ruean Thai. Mimmi's and Chao Khun offer excellent Thai and Western food. These are just a few of many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Speedboat hire, snorkelling and diving trips go from Rawai beach, 10 minutes from the villa.
There is horse riding 10 minutes from the villa.
One can hire sea kayaks or boats on Nai Harn beach, go parascending or take sailing lessons.
There are several local spas and health and beauty centres.
There are ATV tours, elephant safaris and a snake show 10 minutes from the villa.
On Nai Harn beach there is a monastery and about 20 minutes away is Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple.
Excellent nightlife is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open 'til 6 am, these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons.
Fishing expeditions run from Rawai beach.
Phuket zoo is about 15 minutes away and there is also great shopping 20 minutes away in Central, or for local markets Karon and Kata have a good range of stalls selling everything from fake clothes to watches, CDs, DVDs and tourist souvenirs.
There is great surfing to be had on Nai Harn beach at the end of the dry season and in the rainy season.

25% deposit payable upon booking. Refundable up to 8 weeks before holiday. Balance payable 8 weeks before holiday.
£500 security deposit payable the day before arrival, to be refunded up to 2 weeks after departure, less damages. Payment to be made by transfer to Thai bank account.

The villa is ideally located for great nights out, fantastic beaches, excellent activities and also very well suited to relax at during the day. The cleaning staff and lady who did the airport transfers were very helpful and polite and the villa had all the amenities we could have hoped for from a luxury villa and more.
