There is a TV in the lounge with basic channels. There is mosquito/security grills fitted. Full air conditioning. The private swimming pool (5m x 3m) is set in landscaped gardens. All bedding is supplied, just bring towels. It is available for both short and long term rental (minimum of 2 weeks).

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival times generally should be within office hours as keys are held by agents in Hua Hin. Please advise of arrival time as soon as possible.

Coast/Beach
A glorious sandy beach stretching 3km south is a short taxi ride away (approx £3 return). Bar/beach hut facilities are available there. Water sports/horse riding are also available.
Hua Hin is a very popular beach resort with many varied shopping and restaurant facilites.
The night markets with the inevitable bartering are a really popular feature.
Golf
Hua Hin has many golf courses within comfortable travelling distance (car/transport needed). further details supplied on request. Golf Driving range within 10 minutes by car. Royal Hua Hin Golf Course a little further.
Travel
Bangkok Airport approx two and a half hours drive away. There is an airport at Hua Hin which has yet to be fully developed. Flights from Bangkok to Hua Hin are possible but expensive. Taxi from airport to house can be arranged (approx 2800 baht single journey) Bus to Hua Hin (approx 3 hours). Please ask for details.
Distances
Many attractions/temples in area for days out. Sister resort of Cha Am short drive away. Elephant Village (Elephant Rides) a short walk away. Monkey Island taxi ride or drive.
Hua Hin Shopping Village 15 minutes (Includes Tesco Lotus) away.
Further details
ATM machines are plentiful in Hua Hin. Facilites for cashing travellers cheques are readily available. Food markets are to be found daily with ample supplies of vegetables etc. A modern shopping village which includes a large Tesco Lotus is now open. The residence of the Thai Royal Family, Hua Hin has been developed as a family resort and its warm climate together with the low cost of living attracts a growing number of European visitors each year. Cycling/diving/horse riding/mountain bikes/sailing/quad biking and wind surfing number among the many leisure activities offered. Car/motor bike rental is reasonably inexpensive but should perhaps only be considered by the very brave.
Eating out is an inexpensive and popular pastime with the locals. So why not join them?

£100 deposit (non-returnable) of the rental charge is payable at time of booking. Balance plus a returnable damage deposit (£100) to be paid 4 weeks before occupancy. Rental exclusive of electricity and water. Meter readings taken on arrival. Price of 4 baht per unit charged. Complimentary welcome food pack on arrival.
