Changeover day is flexible. Normal changeover times are arrival 3pm and departure 10.30am, although we will do our best to accomodate your individual needs.

The heart of the villa is a large living space which includes lounge, dining and kitchen areas all neatly interlinked. To the rear are two bedrooms, while the front features lush tropical gardens, sun-decking and of course, the pool. The palm trees are surrounded by lilies, jasmine, bougainvillea, birds of paradise - and of course the beautiful orchids after which the villa has been named. Master bedroom - A beautiful large double bed with en-suite 2nd bedroom - 2 large single beds, terrace. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and fans. All bathrooms are fully equipped and furnished with baths, washing sink, toilet and shower facility. |

Being the official villa management company of Samui Beach Village, we have winning edge over other villa rentals on the island. Some of our villas even come with Playstation 3, iPod docking station, mountain bikes and cappuccino machine. With a manned reception and staffed with an on-site team of 20, we offer our guests 5-star hotel-style luxury service and can accommodate your every need (no pre-catering required!) so you can enjoy all the delights the island has to offer with peace of mind in the privacy of your own beachfront villa, ensuring your holiday is second to none.
Outside
Many different areas for relaxing outside, sit under the shade of a banana plant, or enjoy the sun on the beautiful wooden decking and teak sun loungers/luxury cushions. All services and facilities are private and are exclusive to the resident of the villa. Samui Beach Village is surrounded by groves of coconut palms and continually maintained landscaped gardens, and with 14 luxury villas on this privately owned gated community, benefiting from its own 24 hour security. Despite its seemingly isolated location, a number of luxury resorts are less than five minutes away, all with excellent restaurants. Nearby attractions for children include a well stocked aquarium and zoo. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few seconds stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.
Coast/Beach
The front gardens have an ornate entrance sala taking you to a path leading directly to the beautiful beaches that are among the most picturesque on the island of Koh Samui. The stretch of white sand, dotted with children’s play pools, is just 30-50 meters from the villa, and offers magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen.

Koh Samui has a top International golf course, Santiburi. We can arrange your golfing experience and provide transport - please contact the owners for more details. There are also other golf courses and driving ranges now available in Samui.
