| Kitchen: | The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art. |
| Other: | Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool. Patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned by our full time team of housekeeping staff each day, towels are changed as often as required, and bedding every three days. |

Outside
Wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.

Further details
The beach stretches out magnificently in front of the lane, with white sand afoot and magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. The beach is ideal for families with large stretches of sand and small pools for children to play in. Being away from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet with at the most a handful of tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches around here form a top location for kite-boarding, with its shallow sandy lagoon.
Although living in a tropical paradise, you won't be isolated, as the Beach Village House has all the modern conveniences such as Email and Internet Access, Satellite TV, and Telephones.
The Beach Village House also has a full-time villa manageress who is able to help ensure you have a perfect holiday. Fiona, supported by our three staff ensure Baan Talay provides fully serviced accommodation, taking care of the rooms, gardens and pools. Fiona can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food or wine/drinks, organize tours, activities or taxis, and there is also the villa car available for rent. We can even arrange for you to have a massage & beauty treatments in our own sala.
Samui is also home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies all around the island. Together with all the various health spas, many of which are within a short distance, all your health care needs can be taken care of.
The Beach Village House has been created to fit perfectly with the natural surroundings whilst providing all the facilities you would expect from a top-end luxury home.

You have an exceptional home with exquisite furnishings and décor. Much thought went into the design and landscaping, we loved our Thai villa. ‘M’ restaurant was great – food was fast delivery and we ate at this local restaurant two more times during our stay it reminds me of Chaweng beach in the 80’s. Thanks so much for the beautiful fruit and croissants you took good care of us. Chaweng beach is by far the most beautiful beach to spend the day - Lamai water is not blue like Chaweng. Lots of shops and restaurants, most are good value and atmosphere. Suggest beach walking early morning or late evening after sun is gone. We appreciate your hospitality! The Sterling’s – Hawaii, USA
