On arriving, you first enter through antique doors into a tropical walled garden, crossing over a large pond bountiful with Koi carp surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. The water is fed from an old waterfall set in the background, where there is a shady sala for those quiet times for reflection. A feeling of tranquility and peace abound. Baan Talay gives an immediate feel you are living in Thailand, with its traditional Ayutthaya Thai-style roofs and architecture. It is carefully designed to blend traditional, elegant and tropical design with comfortable and functional contemporary style living. The villa is spacious, bright and airy, with high, wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, polished teakwood floors and large glass picture windows to make the most of the views over the Gulf of Siam.

Notes on accommodation
Each villa offers TV/DVD, fully-fitted western kitchen, air-con, ceiling fans, mosquito screen doors, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor decking & dining and of course your very own private pool with sun loungers and parasols. Being the official villa management company of Samui Beach Village, we have winning edge over other villa rentals on the island. Some of our villas even come with Playstation 3, iPod docking station, mountain bikes and cappuccino machine.
All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms all with natural planting & lighting in each. The villa is air-conditioned thoughout, and is suitable for all ages including children.
Outside
Many different areas for relaxing outside, sit under the shade of a banana plant, or enjoy the sun on the beautiful wooden decking and teak sun loungers/luxury cushions. All services and facilities are private and are exclusive to the resident of the villa.

Hua Thanon beach is situated on the south-east coast of Koh Samui, just 10 minutes south of the town 'Lamai' which is a beautiful setting for restaurants and shops.. Chaweng the main tourist location, which can get overcrowded and busy is only 20 minutes from both villa's.
