This luxury 3 bedroom pool villa is set within a small residential development surrounded by peaceful countryside close to the historic town of Thalang in the northern part of the island.
The villa design blends modern convenience with tropical style. The interior spaces are fully air-conditioned and well appointed and comfortable featuring large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious L-shaped living room and dining room with attached western kitchen with high quality appliances. The kitchen has teak units with a granite topped breakfast bar.
All rooms of the residence open out onto the pool terrace with a private swimming pool and outdoor shower surrounded by a large beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The third bedroom and en-suite bathroom are located in a separate building beside the swimming pool.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very well maintained (like new). Families and children welcome! Young children will have to be supervised in the open pool area. The pool is fresh water with a pump room and maintained and cleaned by a professional swimming pool company three times a week. The pool is one depth 1.5m with corner steps. The gardener visits daily and waters the plants and trims plants as required. Welcome pack can be arranged, drinking water, wine, fruit basket, coffee, tea, milk, sugar. You are close to a supermarket called The Big One (it’s a small branch) that you pass on your way to Villa with parking right outside the door, easy to stop and pick up those favourite things. There are local restaurants that will do home delivery, you will find the menus in villa.
Newly opened large shopping complex on Thepkasattri Road, Tesco Lotus a couple of minutes drive with Restaurants, Chemist, Banks etc.
Accessibility
The villa is a spacious bungalow, no internal stairs, there is a small step into villa. The large carport is inside the villa gardens where a path leads to the villa. The path is stone slabs with grass in between. There are large walk in showers in all ensuite bathrooms.
Outside
This villa is private with a walled garden however has a nice open feel, as the beautiful tropical garden is large with even a grassed area suitable for practising your golf putting. The large private pool terrace gives everyone space to relax on sun beds, the infinity swimming pool 8mx 3mx 1.5m gently flows. The outdoor sala is a pleasant place to sit and relax in the garden. Also a perfect place to lay your yoga mat. Barbeque. Table and chairs for outdoor dining. Outdoor garden lighting on sensors. Underwater pool lighting. Outdoor shower. In the outside storeroom, there are two surfboards for your use at your own risk. Phuket is Thailand's leading surfing destination with the best surf spots being on the west coast. Surin is the closest beach for surfing. April to September. You may also enjoy Phuket Cable Ski & Phuket Wake Boarding, located in the middle of Phuket, you can ski in fresh clean water on the specially designed lake, which is 410 metres long, 110 metres wide.
Coast/Beach
You have the luxury of choice. Will it be a short drive to Surin beach where you can choose between traditional Thai style beach chairs or go contemporary and spend the day at Catch Beach Club, operated by Twin Palms, restaurant open to all, charge for beach chairs. Or Layan beach, or Bangtao Beach a 7km white sandy beach with many places to eat, drink and relax. The villa is a 5 minute drive from Laguna resort complex with it's 7 hotels. Car hire recommended, please ask for details.
Golf
I do not have enough space here to tell you about all the Golf Courses in Phuket, so I will pick one, a short drive from the Villa is Blue Canyon’s sought-after championship course, the Lakes, it is a 7,129-yard marvel featuring 270-yard target-driving areas and water play at 17 of its 18 holes. With a strategic range of tees, fair number of challenging holes, wide fairways and generous greens to suit master players and novices alike - not forgetting the option of golf carts, the Lakes Course is certainly one of the most luxurious and enjoyable 18 holes anywhere.
If you wish to learn or improve your golf, nearby to Allamanda villa is the recently opened Andy Combe Golf school offers state-of-the-art video analysis software along with swing position photos and practical learning aids. There is also a covered area for sun and rain protection, a full length driving range, putting greens, practice bunkers and chipping areas; allowing a golfer to work on both their short and long games.

Travel
The Airport in Phuket is a 20 minute drive from the villa. Convenient, however aircraft do not fly anywhere near the villa as the aircraft land coming in from the sea.
Distances
The main reason for the choice to buy this villa is the convenient location to both west and east coasts. Situated to the North of the Island means a short airport transfer and a short drive to Blue Canyon Golf Club and also Laguna and Banyan Tree Golf Courses, as well as both coastlines. You can drive 30 minutes to Patong for a day or evening out, it is worth seeing Patong and all it’s crazy nightlife. If you want to be in the bars every night then Kiri Villa is not the right place for you.

There are many local places to go and all types of sea activities are available. If you would like a luxury day trip for sailors and non sailors alike, The Moorings offer sightseeing and snorkelling trips. Can be booked up to two weeks in advance, by paying a 10% deposit and balance on arrival when you come to start your charter. Contact me for advance booking. The villa is located within walking distance of Baan Don a traditional Thai village that has a regular market most afternoons selling fresh fish, vegetables and street food that Thailand is famous for. Tesco supermarkets are to be found dotted around Phuket as well as local markets and other supermarkets. There are many banks with cashpoint and currency exchange facilities. Free WiFi hotspots in Phuket, the free copy of Window on lifestyle magazine lists numerous spots to connect, a copy will be in the villa. And for those just wishing to be pampered on vacation, excellent and cheap Thai style massages and Spas are abundant. About the owner
Allamanda Villa was constructed whilst we lived as a British expat family in Singapore. Now back in England we visit less frequently for holidays. Having lived abroad, away from England, for many years of my life, I love the weather in Thailand. It's a Villa to be enjoyed by all ages and is fully air-conditioned. Phuket seems to get better and better everytime I re-visit. I am happy to recommend some of our favourites places, whether it is a special beach or where to go for a delicious plate of Thai Fried Rice with Chicken (Khao Pad Gai), enjoyed by all.

The location on Phuket makes it very easy to reach all the attractions of the island. Close to the West Coast Beaches and easy drive to the new Ao Po Grand Marina the departure point for days trips sightseeing in stunning Phang Nga Bay or snorkelling among the fish and corals off white sands of Koh Khai Nok.
There are numerous top quality restaurants or traditional thai restaurants to choose from close by. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach, have a thai massage and return to your own private villa.
A short drive to Phuket International Airport as well as close to newly opened Thanyapura Sports & Leisure Club offering world-class facilities, incorporating a Mind Centre and a new international school, state of the art campus for education, sports, arts and holistic wellness.

From London it is an option to fly via Singapore to have a stopover and then continue to Phuket. There are many flights to choose from via Bangkok also.
