All linen and towels including beach towels are included. The villa is cleaning daily with clean towels everyday and bed sheets changed every third day. |

Notes on accommodation
We also have a child’s car seat for your use, as car hire companies do not supply these in Thailand. The garden is very good for children as parents are able to see their children wherever they are in the garden.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access is available however there is one step at all entrances.
Outside
Private pool 8x4m with roman steps and ceramic tiles with lighting for those night time swims. There is a bamboo house that sits 8 - 10 with lighting for the enjoyable evening meals. A large BBQ, lots of sun loungers and easy chairs along with ample parasols to shield the burning sun. Not for getting games for the children and lots of inflatables for the pool.
Coast/Beach
Two local beaches are Nai Yang beach with is one of the island largest stretches of beach on the island and has an array of bars, restaurants with a few shops and tour offices, plus hairdressers, Internet shops, tailors and dive shops, not need to venture far. Excellent swimming.
Golf
Phuket is famous for some of the best golf courses in the world and our villa is only a stones throw away. Within a few miles we have the Blue Canyon Country club, Loch Palm Golf Club, Mission Hills Club to name but a few.
Travel
The Phuket International airport is 10 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended, althought not essential as there is a very good local bus service that passes at the end of our private road and taxi's are very cheap.
Distances
Phuket is a small island so nowhere is far, to get from one end of the island to the other only takes 45 mins, everything is in easy reach.
Further details
Tesco and other large shopping malls are only a 20 min drive, and there are lots of local stores that sell most things you would need only a few mins walk away from the villa.
Booking notes
A deposit of £250 is payable to confirm booking this is used as a security deposit in lieu of any damages and for the electricity used, the meter is read upon your arrival and again on your departure we then deduct the amount of electricity used from you deposit and return the remaining balance to you within 10 days of your departure.

About the owner
Hi, my name is Jackie and my husband and I were married on Nai Yang beach, Phuket and from that day forward we fell in love, not only with each other but with the country and beautiful place we were married. The country is lovely, the people are so great and friendly, the food is fab too. Its now home from home for us and we miss it every minute we are away. Everyone we speak too, that has been to Thailand and Phuket have loved it and are looking to return. Many of our guest have returned time and time again. They always say they feel so at home. Joy who looks after our home for us, is like a true family member to us. We love her and so do our past guest. We are going to retire to our villa Bann Jai Dee but not for a few good years yet. (We can't wait, we love it).

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had our villa built in Sakoo, as we love the area, its quiet and beautiful, so green and lush, peaceful but friendly too. The beaches are wonderful and only 5 minutes away. To us its our heaven on earth.
