Both bedrooms and Living/Dining area are air-conditioned, and there are a number of portable fans at the property.

There is a selection of lounging chairs and hammocks available around the garden.

Coast/Beach
The villa is actually on the beach at Lipa Noi. Lipa Noi is small tranquil village situated on the west side of the island. It is particularly favoured by parents of young children as it is considered the safest beach for swimming on the island.

Golf
Koh Samui has a brand new 18 hole golf course which is approximately 6 km from the villa.

Travel
We do recommend the hire of a jeep during your stay and there is ample parking at the villa. We can arrange a hire jeep at the special rate per day. Koh Samui airport is about a 25 minute drive from the villa. The port of Nathon for ferries and excursions is about 5 minutes away.

Distances
The lively town of Nathon is approximately 2 km from Lipa Noi where fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables can be bought from the market. Fresh Fish is particularly good, but if you prefer there is a local Tesco supermarket too. From the villa a few minutes walk along the beach will get you to probably the island's most famous sea food restaurant - Big John's.

Further details
For the younger visitors and the not so young too - a Jungle Trek upon an Elephant is a must, and for those who prefer a more vigorus journey, you can do the same trip in a 4 x 4! Most popular are the daily trips to the National Marine Park of Athon where you can view the wonders of the deep, snorkle, kayak and view the fantastic collection of birds in their natural habitat. And for the 'night owls' there is Chewang: with it's clubs, pubs, restaurants and live shows. There is a collection of brochures, maps and booking telephone numbers at the property.

Booking notes
We decided on a flat rate of just £50 per night (min one week booking) throughout the year. If you do have children you need not feel penalized for taking your children out of school in term time. Alternatively if you do not have children our flat rate of £420 per week is still very competitive and good value for money. We also request a returnable security deposit of £150.
30% of full cost payable within seven days of booking with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
