We're approximately 1km away from Rawai Beach, a great staging point to visit some of the most Beautiful Tropical Islands the Andaman Sea has to offer, and only 2km away from Nai Harn Beach, arguably one of the best beaches in Phuket. Changeover day
We're very flexible and can accommodate any changeover days.
We only ask that you vacate you villa by 10am, and the villa will be ready by 2pm on your day of arrival.
A late checkout made be requested for a small charge.

This villa and it’s private pool is situated in beautiful tropical gardens in a private gated estate, all beautifully lit at night. The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped – with full air conditioning, ceiling fans and fly screens on all windows & patio doors. The villa sleeps 4/6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus an en-suite shower room – and patio doors out to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds – plus a second shower room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate additional guests. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave etc, and a separate laundry room with washing machine. The open plan lounge is also well equipped with TV, DVD ADSL internet connection, and patio doors out to the delightful outside dining patio. The outside dining patio is shaded and has ceiling fans and overlooking the pool. The villa is approached via a private tropical driveway and has it’s own private car port. |

A Welcome Pack will be provided - plus all linen and towels. The pools are available all year as the temperature rarely drops below 26 degrees.
Families and children welcome. We can provide (by arrangement) a Cot, High Chair, Babysitter and Children's DVDs.
The owners live close by and are there to help answer any questions, arrange Taxis & Car or Bike Hire.
We have an excellent local Tour Operator who can call at your Villa to help recommend and book Tours for you.
Accessibility
Although these villas have not been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users, they are "fairly well" accessible for people with impaired mobility.
Outside
The Villas are situated in quiet Tropical Gardens all beautifully lit at night, making it a very romantic getaway for couples, and of course, ideal for families also. Sun loungers are provided by the pools for getting that all important sun tan - and the covered outside Dining Patio is perfect for meals any time of day!
The gardens and pools are maintained daily by our staff!
Each Villa has it's own Private Car Port.
Coast/Beach
Stunning Nai Haan Beach, is 2km away. It has crystal clear waters and golden sand, ideal for snorkelling or swimming, with a few good restaurants for enjoying a lunchtime beer or evening meal.
Rawai Beach is just 1km away & here you can catch a longtail boat out to the many idyllic tropical islands.
The Villas are close to many good restaurants & bars.
Kata, Karon & Patong are just a 15 mins drive, with water sports available, & larger shopping facilities.
Golf
Phuket has many first class courses with standards of facilities undreamed of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses, and green fees are surprisingly low. A golfers paradise!
Skiing
While there isn't any snow in Phuket, there are some fantastic opportunities for water-skiing, If its not behind one of the speedboats rented by Kata Beach, the it's at the cable lake in Kathu, about 30 minutes inland, where water-skiing, wakeboarding and knee-boarding is available at very reasonable rate. In fact its just been completely re-fitted with new restaurant facilities and pro shop
Travel
The closest international airport is right here in Phuket, about 45 minutes away. If direct flights are not available then Phuket Airport has short flights to the major transit hubs of Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Taxi - we can arrange for a Taxi to meet you at Phuket Airport (?800).
Car & Bike Hire can be arranged locally too, and we can have your car delivered to your Villa. Prices approx ?1000 per day
Distances
Were located within rawai village, so many great bars, resturants and shops are right on your doorstep.
Promthep Cape, where you can view the most spectacular sunsets is only 5 minutes away.
There's a Zoo and Aquarium in Phuket Town, about 30mins away.
Patong with it crazy nightlife and 100's of market stall is only a 30 minutes drive around the coast.

huket with its beautiful beaches & idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 degrees and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year! The rainy season (Summer Season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the Summer Season, there are still long periods of sunshine each day, making Phuket a perfect holiday destination all year round! Sailing - with so many beautiful islands offshore, & warm sea temperatures all year, what sailing enthusiast could resist?
Diving & Snorkelling - the Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the pristine Similian Islands, with stunning coral reefs & marine life. There are many PADI dive school nearby.
Canoe Adventures in Phang Nga Bay, where you navigate through narrow passages & small caves into landlocked lagoons! A great day out!
Phi Phi Islands are just a boat ride away. Thailand's ‘Jewel in the Crown’, these islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful Maya Bay where "The Beach" was filmed.

Booking notes
To confirm booking you will need to pay a 20% deposit. Balance of letting fee is due 6 weeks before commencement of let. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance of letting fee (see above) - to be refunded on departure - subject to no breakages.

"Family haven" Coconut villas offers a perfect getaway from Singapore. The villa is in fantastic condition, clean & well kept, comfortable nicely decorated bedrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with provisions on arrival - which was a magic touch. The private pool and secluded gardens are perfect for both sun and shade. The owners are warm, provided great service including a quick tour of the surrounding area - pointing out the better eateries and places to go, they also helped set-up the car hire and transfers to and from the airport... all of which helped to make a great holiday... all in - we fully recommend Coconut Villas, we had a relaxing enjoyable time and hopefully will be back sooner rather than later.

All our Villas are beautifully furnished and maintained to a very high standard. “Coconut Paradise” is set in Gated Lush Tropical Grounds , in peaceful Rawai Village on Tropical Phuket Island. Ourselves and our friendly staff are always on hand to help with all aspects of your holiday, including arranging airport transfers, car hire and tips on tours and places to go. We pride ourselves on personally welcoming all our guests and offer to take you on a complimentary tour of the beautiful local area shortly after your arrival, so you really can enjoy your holiday from the moment you set foot through the door. Having been established here for 5+ years we're sure we can really look after you.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Rawai is one of the few places in Phuket were you can be away from the crowds yet still get a feel for the Thai Culture, unlike being isolated in a resort or rushed off your feet in one of Phukets Major Tourist Towns.
Everything you could possibly need is easily on hand, real Thai people living Real Lives, and a great staging point for visit some of the most beautiful islands the Andaman Sea has to offer.
