Notes on prices
Prices are in £ sterling, however I can accept payment in other currencies. Easy to do over PayPal. The villa is already great value, but if it is just outside your budget I will do my best to accommodate you. Happy to offer significant reductions for long-term rentals.

Flexible & generous changeover arrangements are offered wherever possible - let us know your arrival and departure times. A villa management rep will meet you with keys and villa mobile phone on arrival.

Maid service perform all cleaning duties including bedsheets, towels and laundry twice a week but they will come more often if requested. They are very friendly & accommodating and will come at a time of day that suits. |

Accessibility
Not fully-wheelchair friendly. There is a step through the door at the perimeter wall and you have to step up into the villa (about 5cms). The master bedroom is up about 3 steps - other than that it is all on one level.
Outside
The private infinity-edge swimming pool maintains bath-like warmth all year round thanks to the Phuket climate and is illuminated at night by the underwater lights. The pool is checked, cleaned and treated weekly to keep it in pristine condition. The four sun loungers on the oversized West-facing sundeck are perfectly placed to catch sunlight from 10am right through to sunset. It is the perfect spot for sun worshipping w/ views of the mountain. Within the 300 sq m of outdoor space, there is seating for up to 6 people at the hand carved wooden table and chairs with 2 additional padded chairs available. Along with the BBQ, this makes the villa ideal for al fresco dining and drinks. If you need to get out the heat for a while, there is a cushioned corner bench set within shade afforded by the villa’s roof. The lush garden is surrounded by tropical plants and night lights, set against the high perimeter walls. Car-port with electric gate and a grand Balinese-style front door.
Coast/Beach
Nai Harn - 10 mins drive – Probably the most beautiful of all Phuket’s beaches but never over-crowded. Laid-back beach side restaurants offer a good lunch option. White sand, warm clear sea, lush green hills, sunbeds, NO noisy jet-skis, massage, drinks. Kata & Kata Noi - 12 mins drive - Very popular and attractive beaches. Great for sunsets with good shopping nearby and great food at high quality restaurants such as Mom Tri's. Many many more beaches to discover locally - advise car hire.
Golf
Phuket is an emerging world class golf destination with a number of fine courses all within half an hour drive of the villa. Each one is designed in sympathy with the tropical environment and offer challenges to golfers of all levels. Many great names including as Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, Nick Faldo, Bernhard Langer and Lee Westwood have played in professional events here. Clubs and trolleys/karts are available for hire and many of the clubhouses have their own spas and fitness centres to entertain the non-golfers in your group. Blue Canyon Country Club - 30 mins. Phuket Country Club - 20 mins. Loch Palm Golf Club - 20 mins. Red Mountain Golf Course - 20 mins. Mission Hills Golf Club - 35 mins. Laguna Phuket Golf Club - 30 mins. Phunaka Golf Club - 8 mins.
Travel
Phuket International Airport - 35 mins. Phuket Pier - 20 mins. Ao Chalong Pier & Marina - 5 mins (boats to Phi Phi, Koh Racha and other islands). Free daily shuttle bus from villa to Nai Harn & Kata beaches and back. Car is highly recommended. Villa is set away from the developed areas (hence the peace & quiet) so a car will allow you to get the most from your holiday as well as helping with food shopping. Local taxis are available so you may wish to hire a car for just a few days.

Booking notes
Payment in 2 instalments - deposit of 50% (@ booking) & final payment of 50% (due 2 weeks prior to arrival). Booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment has been received. Payment is processed through Paypal's Business Invoicing service and can be made using a credit/debit card or a bank account. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment. A secondary method of cash transfer through Western Union is accepted - fees apply. In either case, payment is non-refundable.

Kay (Cambridge): My husband and I have been to Phuket a number of times and usually stay at one of the major hotels on the West coast - Surin or Bangtao. We thought we'd try a villa holiday this year (March) and were really pleased with the choice! For us it was the peace and quiet that made all the difference. No construction noise, live music, jet skis, children screaming... just us, and the crickets. The other villas close by are all single storey so we were not overlooked in the pool or garden, which was really nice to know. Found the owner very helpful throughout the booking process - he supplied us with maps (which we used to get to the beaches and viewpoints etc), photos of the villa, and helped with the car hire. Also, the villa management were useful for booking us taxis in the evenings and the like. Definitely a villa convert and would go back again!

Hi, my name's Fergus and I live in North West London although I'm originally from a small village in Hertfordshire. I work in advertising in Farringdon as my day job and get worked pretty hard and for long hours. hence why I needed a perfect spot to unwind in once or twice a year! I travelled around Japan, China, Thailand and much of South East Asia after university and just love the whole region. I found the people to be very different in each place but throughout there was this sense of welcome and friendliness towards foreigners that you just don't get in the UK! It was quite amazing and at the same time quite humbling. Anyway, it's easy to fall in love with Phuket - beaches, warm sea, palm trees, mountains, golf, weather, great people, food, inexpensive.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
When I was researching buying a villa back in 2009, I knew this was the only one for me. I loved the understated design, pitched roofs, outdoor space, attention to detail and the way it all opens up to the outside. Of course I had a budget but within my budget this was by far the best option. I truly believe that this is also the case one the rental side. Phuket is very developed now and people liken it's urbanization to that of Singapore. There are very few parts left which are truly quiet and peaceful. Don't take my word for it though - look on Google Earth/Maps and see how little green space is left on the low-lying land. Then notice the vast amounts of green space around Villa Lombok. This is one of the last places on Phuket to really offer tranquillity, privacy and peace & quiet
