Notes on accommodation
The largest serviced apartments in the Pattaya/Jomtien area! Very spacious, with large balconies and living areas. Tropical gardens and peaceful location, with the beach and restaurants just outside the doors! Balcony: sun umbrella and tables/chairs.

Outside landscaped tropical gardens, with large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Adjoining kids wading pool with sunloungers and umbrellas. Fully equipped fitness room with airconditioning. Residents off-beach carpark and full security with 24 hour guards and card entry gates. English/American Breakfast available at coffee shop outside the security gates.
Coast/Beach
Right on the beach! Cross the beach road and take a deckchair to watch the ocean sunset while sipping a beer. Jomtien beach has night floodlights making it a 24 hour beach and many beach restaurants & bars.
Golf
Many local and international golf courses within the Pattaya region, easily reached via the many transport services and tour shops along the beachfront.
Travel
Transport to/from Bangkok International airport can be arranged. Travel time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
Distances
Distance to neighbouring Pattaya beach is approximately 5 to 10 minutes drive. Public transport via bus or open taxi opposite the front gate. It is also very easy to rent motor cycles or cars and drive yourself!
Further details
Minimarts are available either side of the front gates, plus 7-11 convenience stores. ATM's, restaurants, post offices are within easy walking distance. Trips to the islands are available from any beach tour operator or the many boats along the beachfront as are all of Pattaya's attractions.

'Two-bedroom apartments to accommodate family travellers seemed hard to find on internet searches in the Jometien/Pattaya area. The manager answered all our queries via email before arrival and despite our worries about arriving from Bangkok in the early hours of the morning, we were welcomed by security staff and quickly settled in our apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed for our stay. The pool and gym area are great, a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside the gate.
