Outside
The main outside attraction of our villa is the private pool with waterfall feature. The outside seating and sunbathing areas are very private. There is an excellent outside seating area with chairs and sofa to relax and enjoy day or night.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is only 800 metres walk from the villa, where you can relax & enjoy great Thai local food at very reasonable prices, you will find in general eating out in Thailand is very cheap compared to Europe or other parts of the world.
Travel
Suvarnabhumi Airport/Bangkok, is around 90km and takes no more than 1.30 hrs to reach our villa. We can arrange Airport Transfers for all group sizes starting from 2000 - 2500 Baht, our driver would meet you inside the Airport Terminal and take you directly to the villa without any problems making your Arrival in Thailand much easier.
Distances
We are located only 800 metres away from Jomtien beach/Pattaya, central Pattaya walking street & entertainment area can be reached within 10 minutes by taxi! We offer a great taxi service direct from the villa to walking street/Pattaya at very reasonable prices.

Our location is one of the best in Pattaya! there are local 24 hour shops 7/Eleven just 200 meters walk from the villa, major supermarkets Tesco/Lotus is only 3 minutes away, just outside the main village entrance Baht bus taxis pass every 3-4 minutes and will drop you outside the supermarket Tesco/Lotus for only 20 Baht per person around 40 pence sterling!

Hi, I'm originally from the UK, live in Thailand now with my Thai wife and two sons for over 6 years. I have been involved in the property rental business in the UK for over 15 years. So decided to buy a Holiday Rental Property in Jomtien/Pattaya. The location is excellent just 1.30 hrs drive from Bangkok airport, only short walk to Jomtien beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars near by. Pattaya is only 10 minutes drive away. This villa is great for all groups, families, golfers, single groups, and of course, ourselves! The villa benefits from having a private pool and ample seating areas to relax and enjoy. We don't confess to being a Big Company! as we are a Family run Business! but we do know what to offer our customers, Quality Luxury Villa at Very Reasonable Prices! Direct from Owner.
