The Thai style villa is one of 10 villas on a 3 acre 24 hour secure gated community, 2 minutes drive from Nai Harn Beach on the southern point of Phuket island. The villa is set amongst lush tropical gardens, a large communal pool, attached children’s pool, with plenty of shade and sun lounges. The communal areas are maintained daily by the on site employees. The accommodation is situated on three floors, the open plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped western kitchen with breakfast bar, living area and dining area, all of the ground floor can be opened up onto the undercover wrap around terrace, with additional dining and sitting facilities. A central staircase leads to the first floor landing opening up onto the second undercover terrace with additional seating overlooking the gardens and pool. 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms lead off from this landing. A further staircase leads to the second floor with a further 3 double bedrooms and family bathroom.

Other: Second floor living area. Third floor living area with fridge. The outside bar area had three sofas and a large fridge and table. Wifi works all over the house.

House and Pool towels are included. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Our maid works six days a week from 8.00 to 5.00 this service is included in the price. Laundry Service can be provided daily at a small cost.

Notes on accommodation
Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. Children to be supervised at all times by parents. Air conditioning and ceiling fans situated throughout property. Electric and water are included, but the maid is not, this is an extra cost. Gowns and slippers are provided.
Massage can be arranged by our maid as the house has a massage table, this is booked and priced per hour at 500THB.
Babysitting is available from the maid Jing, at 100THB an hour in the evening. Welcome pack is also included and car hire can be arranged.

Outside
The front of the house overlooks the swimming pool and is surrounded by the lush tropical garden. There is also a traditional Thai Sala for shade. The house and terraces have outside lighting. All the communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

Coast/Beach
The house is 1km to the beautiful beach at Nai Harn, the beach has umbrellas and sun loungers for hire with several bars and restaurants. For more infomation on this beach and other beaches in the area go to www.phuket.com

Golf
Within a 20 minute drive.

Travel
The nearest airport is Phuket International, which is approx 50 minutes drive away. Bangkok International airport has several daily connections with Phuket. Taxi cost from airport to house is approx 13 Euros (per car). We can supply a driver at your request.

Distances
Nai Harn beach and the Royal Meridian Yacht club are a 2min car ride away. The traditional fishing village of Rawia where old long tail boats mix with modern powerboats is a 7 min ride away.

Further details
Phuket offers several golf courses, many five star hotels with spa facilities, diving, fishing, good restaurants, beautiful beaches and freindly people. There are good shops and many bargins to be found.

Booking notes
To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 50% deposit of the total. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 2 months, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of Euros 500 to be held as breakages and damage deposit.
