There are beach chairs and tables with beach umbrellas. Gazebo has comfortable floor mats and pillows. The compound pool, with children section, is 25m long with its own gazebo and pool beds. There is a coffee shop which sells ice cream, cakes, snacks, breakfast and quick dinner.

Many 18 hole golf courses are located both in Rayong and Chonburi. Distance from the house is around 50-100km.

About 150km. from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Use of car is recommended, although private taxi can be arranged.

Further details
There are supermarket and local convenient stores scattered around. There are also a few fishermen's villages in the area. Pae Village is about 20km away with fresh market, seafood market, supermarket, banks, ATM machines, bus terminal, boat ferries, restaurants, etc. Laem Mae Pim, located about 15km away, has many great seafood restaurants and bars.

About the owner
I am a resident of Bangkok, Thailand. I own and manage apartment buildings in one of the most prestige locations of Bangkok. My family has operated these buildings for more than 40 years. Sea, sun and sand are my passion, I decided to buy this lovely villa in a secluded beach of Rayong, a seaside town about 220km. from Bangkok. This place serves as my hide-out place when I want to get away from the hustle bustle. I am also a seafood lover and a good cook and fresh seafood's are abundant in Rayong for me and friends to enjoy.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Unlike Pattaya or Hua Hin, two other seaside resort towns on the Eastern Coast of Thailand, Rayong is still un-urbanized with its locals living their Thai way of life. The town is only 220km, an easy 2-1/2-hour drive from Bangkok. Traffic to and from there are always easy even on long weekend holidays. The sandy coastal beaches of Rayong attract many vacationing visitors both Thai and foreign but few are privileged enough to have privacy. The pristine coastline is dominated with bungalows, and busy public beaches. But towards the northern tip of the city, there are a few precious areas that are private and secluded. There are only 8 houses in the compound. It's never crowded and one can feel like living in his own house with his own private big garden and swimming pool.

Unique benefits of the property
The house is located just a stone's throw from the powder white sandy beach and its crystal blue water. The roof deck provides a panoramic view of the sea during both, sunrise and sunset, and is a perfect place for afternoon or evening get-together. There are abundance of seafood and seafood products as well as tropical fruits of which rambutan, mangosteen and durian are the most famous. The famous Koh Samet is located just a 15-minute boat ride from the villa.
