The Baane Song Holiday villa is located in the green city and province of Kanchanaburi, in the central part of Thailand, only 139km away (2 hours drive) West of Bangkok city and international airport. Built in the prestigious Prueksakane 3 residential village near Kanchanaburi city centre, our holiday villa allows all guests to enjoy the rurall Kanchanaburi way of living, together with a majority of Thai residents as neighbours who also live and work in the same village. Your hosts Orny, Cindy and Jean Pierre (JP) live in the same village and will help to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. A generous breakfast, daily house cleaning as well as the supply of bed sheets and towels are included in our rental price for the whole house. Laundry service as well as a special Thai food home delivery service are available for you so that your stay 'at home away from home' in Kanchanaburi-Thailand will be very easy and comfortable.

Changeover day
Guests are welcome to stay at our place at their own convenience and can arrive as well as depart whenever they feel like it. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Our rental concept offers a 'One price system all year round'.

| Kitchen: | The villa has 2 kitchens: The internal one is wide open (American kitchen type). It includes a fridge, a microwave oven and all appliances for meals. The external kitchen (Thai style) on the outer terrace is mainly used for cooking with gas burners. |
| Utility Room: | Right next to the 2 kitchen is a large terrace, ideal for breakfast outside in the morning or having meals during the day. Meals can also be taken inside the house in the dining room thanks to a large table which can accommodate up to 12 guests. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished with Thai style wooden furniture. This part of the house includes cable TV, DVD and CD player. It also has a large fan with remote control for ventilation. |
| Other: | The house is large, airy and very functional. The ground floor is spacious with granite floor . Each bedroom on the first floor enjoys individual air-conditioning with private remote control. All bedrooms in the villa are perfectly sound proof. |

Notes on accommodation
The 3 bedrooms on the first floor enjoy private air-conditioning with individual remote control. The spacious master bedroom, equipped with 4 individual single beds, is set up in order to accommodate children and teenagers in a very comfortable way.
Accessibility
The Baane Song holiday villa has the great advantage of having one bedroom on the ground floor, located on the same level as the lounge, the dining room, the bathroom and the 2 external terraces. Access to the house is without any step nor any staircase: this allows handicapped and elderly people to live independently on the ground floor without any need to climb up to the first floor for sleeping or in case of any assistance.
Outside
The Baane Song holiday villa enjoys 2 external terraces which allow to have meals outside all day long without any direct exposure to the sun. These 2 terraces are fully covered and naturally ventilated. The villa also has a large external garden with well maintained green lawn and flowers. Children can run and move around the whole villa without disturbing their parents. A large park is very close to the villa with children amusement games and free of charge fitness equipment. A covered garage allows to park one car right next to the entrance of the villa. 2 more cars can be parked in the street outside, in front of the villa in full safety and without any parking fee in the whole village.

Renting a car together with the major international car rental companies in Bangkok city centre, or directly at Bangkok international airport upon your arrival is highly recommended. We also provide exclusive and private pick-up service, both from Bangkok airport as well as from any hotel located in Bangkok city center.

A 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee a reservation: it can be paid by means of an international bank transfer right after receiving by email our acknowledgment of receipt of reservation request. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at MyHome-Thailand holiday villa, upon remitting the keys of the villa to the guests by the hosts themselves.

About the owner
We are Orny and Jean Pierre (JP) a Franco -Thai married couple since 10 years living in Kanchanaburi, the birth place and province of Orny. We live in the green and peaceful modern residential village of Prueksakane 3, with communal swimming pool, very near to world famous Bridge over the river Kwai and also very close to Kanchanaburi city centre.
We rent our fully furnished holiday villa called Baane Song, situated in the same village only 150 metres away from our own main house.
