The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Outside
The villa has a private pool, with water fall features, High walls for privacy, separate children's pool, there are also 3 separate outside areas, with sofa and chairs, additional seating area with table and chairs with outside fans, the pool has a separate area with 6 sun loungers around the pool for relaxing and taking in the sun!! there is a lovely garden with BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Jomtien beach is only around 10-15 stroll away from the villa, with a direct road to the beach so very easy to find and see, if taken the car it's only 2 min drive away, Jomtien beach is very clean and peaceful or just a 10 min drive away, you can be at Pattaya beach. There are many shops,cafes, and local Thai restaurants around the beach.
Golf
There are many championship golf courses near by within 30 min drive away, we can arrange Tee times and taxi to golf courses, There are numerous driving ranges near the villa with the nearest being around 2 min drive away.
Travel
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport is only around 1.30 hrs away from the villa by taxi we can arrange transfers for you, car is not essential as there are many taxis near by to take you to were you want to go at very cheap prices!! please note we can arrange car hire for you at very reasonable prices if you require this service!
Distances
Jomtien beach road were you can find shops, ars, restaurants only 1km away or 2 min by car or 10-15 min walk. Central Pattaya is only around 10 min drive away, there are many places of interest very near by, including Buddha temples, Buddha hill-looking onto Pattaya and Jomtien these are all within 1-3km away.
Further details
The supermarket Tesco/Lotus is only 5 min drive away from the villa, Jomtien water-park is around 10 min drive away great day out for all groups!! Banks and ATM machines are only walking distance from the villa were you will find many 7/Eleven shops.
Booking notes
On booking a 20% deposit is required, followed by 30% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% payable on arrival in Thai Baht,payment can be made by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal.

Hi, I'm originally from the UK, live in Thailand now with my Thai wife and two sons for over 6 years. I have been involved in the property rental business in the UK for over 15 years. So decided to buy a Holiday Rental Property in Jomtien/Pattaya. The location is excellent just 1.30 hrs drive from Bangkok airport, only short walk to Jomtien beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars near by. Pattaya is only 10 minutes drive away. This villa is great for all groups, families, golfers, single groups, and of course, ourselves! The villa benefits from having a private pool and ample seating areas to relax and enjoy.
