Brand new, large townhouses, 150m from beautiful Khao Takiab beach, approx 5km from the centre of Hua Hin. There is no need for a car, just stroll to the beach, eat at the cafes and sunbathe on the sun-loungers provided. The houses are fully-fitted to the highest standards with everything a family may need including a cot and highchair for any little ones. 2 large terraces allow you to watch the kids playing outside from the master bedroom terrace or sunbathe on the back terrace which overlooks a large pool. It doesn't get better than this. The private pool in the garden in front of our houses makes this rental 5-star. You can relax in your huge house or hang out in the resort style gardens. Townhouse 2

| The bedrooms and bathrooms are very similar to the first townhouse. The only difference is bedroom 3 and 4 cannot be combined into one large room. All furnishings are of the highest quality. Both houses have internet connection. | |
Notes on accommodation
Maid service is available daily and all linen, towels (inlcuding beach) are supplied. We can also provide babysitting services should you require.
The house is perfect for families or a group of friends. Its proximity to the beach and to Hua Hin town makes it a fantastic base from which to relax and to explore sites around Hua Hin such as National Parks, Waterfalls and of course the Elephant Vllages. We offer the best accommodation in town at these rates.

Outside
There are 2 terraces; 1 overlooking the gardens and 1 overlooking a pool at the back of the house.
To the front of the houses you can find our own beautiful 15-metre private pool for our guests. In the garden, you can also find a barbecue, swings, and seating for your use. This is a lovely way to meet other tenants if you so wish. Alternatively, you can use the 3 large outside areas at the house and enjoy your own privacy.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 1 mins walk from the house. To the left of the beach you can see Monkey Mountain, and on the way into Hua Hin town you pass by some of the sacred temples in the area; you cannot get this experience staying in a hotel in town.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses around Hua Hin, within easy reach. What better way to have a golfing holiday than to stay by the beach and head off to the course when you feel like it.
Travel
Most people land in Bangkok and take a car or van to Hua Hin which takes about 3 hours. We can help with car hire. There is a small plane which takes 45 mins and lands at Hua Hin airport, North of the town. Car hire is readily available or you can take tuk-tuks, samlors or hire a car and driver for the day. We tend to do a mixture of the two for convenience.
Distances
The village of Khao Takiab is approx. 0.5km from the house and the centre of Hua Hin town is approx. 6km. Hua Hin is growing so rapidly now that the town is speading along the coast and you can find restaurants and shops starting from walking distance to the house.
Further details
There is so much to do in the area that it is difficult to mention everything. There are parks, elephants, horse-riding, fishing, quad-bike riding, water sports, fishing, caves, temples, waterfalls, cooking classes, designer outlet shops, night markets, lovely seafood restaurants, spas, massage, etc.

Booking notes
To book the house we need a deposit of 25% and the balance at least 1 month before arrival. Peak holiday periods get booked quickly so if you are interested in this villa, please make a booking as soon as possible. Hua Hin has a shortage of rooms at peak times. Clients will receive more information about our services upon enquiry.
