Check in and Check Out: Early check in may be possible if there is no changeover on the day. Normal check in is 14.00 and check out at 12.00pm. Late check out may be possible depending on whether we have a changeover on the day. Please ask us first.

One Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 2/4)

Apartments feature 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. These apartments command spectacular views of mountains or the spectacular coconut tree plantation. Master bedroom has a king size bed and has a large en-suite. Spacious floor plan of 71 to 75 square meters. One bedroom apartments sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 4/6)

Apartments feature 2 bedrooms with 1-2 bathrooms. These apartments command spectacular views of mountains of Bang Tao / Surin and also sea view of Bang Tao bay. Type 1 has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. They both share bathroom with each other, however the master bedroom enjoys a direct access to the bathroom. Master Bedroom has its own 32” flat screen TV. Type 2 has a king size bed in the master bedroom and is en-suite. It also has its own 32” flat screen TV. The second bedroom has twin single beds and has its own bathroom right outside the bedroom. Spacious floor plan of 90 to 105 square meters. Two bedroom apartments sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Three Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 6/8)

Large apartments featuring 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suites. Command spectacular views of Bang Tao / Surin valley and also sea view of Bang Tao bay. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub on the balcony with a glass of wine in your hand and enjoy both the views and the cool breeze. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area to entertain both you and your guests. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own 32” flat screen TV. The second bedroom has twin single beds and its own en-suite. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and uses the bathroom in the hallway/kitchen area. Spacious floor plan of 150 to 160 square meters. Three bedroom apartments sleeps maximum 6 adults.

Two Bedroom Pool Access Apartment (Sleeps 4/6)

This apartments feature 2 bedrooms and 1bathroom. It is situated just a few steps from the pool deck with direct access to pool and restaurant nearby. Apartment commands spectacular views of mountains of Bang Tao / Surin and also some sea views of Bang Tao bay. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. They both share bathroom with each other, however the master bedroom enjoys a direct access to the bathroom. Master Bedroom has its own 32” flat screen TV. Spacious floor plan of 90 square meters. Two bedroom apartments sleep 4 and 2 kids or 1 adult in the living room.

Accessibility
Surin Park's car park is under cover and we have a total of 14 car parking lots. This is a first come first serve basis. Your cars are always in the shade therefore you will never need to step into a car that is like a sauna.

Coast/Beach
Surin is a magnificent long beach, quiet, peaceful, and ideal for numerous activities. Excellent for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking in the summer months, boogie boarding and surfing are popular activities especially during the low season when the swells are large.

Bang Tao is a sweeping 8km stretch of golden sands that offer unrivalled beauty. Indeed it is 1 of the longest beaches yet due to being largely undeveloped retains its place as one of the most beautiful.

Golf
The closest golf course is the Laguna Golf Course, 10 mins drive: 18-hole, par 71 golf course. Designed by Max Wexler and David Abell, measures 6,654 yards from the back tees and 5,464 yards from the forward tees. Award winning Laguna Phuket Golf Club features a wealth of tropical scenic lagoons and undulating fairways set against a stunning backdrop of mountains and nearby sea.

Mission Hills Golf Course, 20 mins drive: Phuket's first 21st Century championship course lies on the scenic north-east coast. A nine-hole night golf course, due to open in early 2005, is also close by in the foothills.

Blue Canyon Golf Course, 20 mins drive: Located on 720 acres (1,800 rai) of prime land. Cradled in a secluded, verdant valley against a magnificent backdrop of the majestic Phang Nga Mountains and Andaman Sea, Blue Canyon Country Club offers two award winning 18-hole championship golf courses: the Canyon Course and Lakes Course.

Travel
From airport head towards the heroin monument, turn right. Keep driving until you hit Surin Beach then turn right onto Surin Beach Road (Hat Surin Soi 8). The distance from the junction is about 700m. The road is rising slightly on top there will be a left junction to Chedi and Amanpuri Hotels. Drive past the junction for about 150m and you’ll see a white Surin Park building among coconut trees. Take next left turn on a bend just before the road gets down. Then just check in at the reception.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling the booking 45 days (or less) prior to arrival date during peak season (7 Dec – 18 Jan) an entire booked period will be applied. Cancelling the booking 15 days (or less) prior to arrival date during high season (19 Jan - 30 April and 1 Nov – 6 Dec) 50% of the entire booked period will be charged. Cancelling the booking 7 days (or less) prior to arrival date during low season (1 May– 31 Oct) and one night charge will be applied. Please note that full amount refunds will be deduct with 4.5% bank charges before refunding.

Booking notes
50% deposit upon booking and balance due 4 weeks before arrival. For peak season balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Let me start by saying that this apartment completed my family holiday adventure. Gorgeous views all around, white sandy beaches, near and affordable halal food and great prompt service from every staff.

If I could say more it would probably take me a whole day. So let me wrap this up by saying that staying at this apartment is worth every cents and bahts that we paid.

And I am definitely coming back again!

Nice two bedrooms flat on the third floor with large terrace overlooking the mountains with a bit of seaview. Very bright, nice furnishing, a few minutes walk to Surin beach and some very nice beach restaurants. Definitely recommend it for family who want to have the convenience of a kitchen and living room.

About the owner
I am managing many properties that we have developed throughout the Phuket Island. I am half Thai and Finnish and speak fluent Thai and English, allowing communications with both the customers and the workers easier. I have been in Phuket for 4 years now and I am enjoying very much same goes for my family. We also manage two villas in Karon, know as Baan Samoot Sawan and Baan Panom. These two villas we developed in the year 2007. Now we have a development in Surin Beach, known as this property, and completion of the property is 2009.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Surin Beach is a nice and quiet area. Suitable for families and couples who are looking for a romantic getaway. There are plenty of restaurants that enjoy the beachfront views like no other beaches on the island.

Unique benefits of the property
The cool breeze helps relaxes me and allows me to enjoy my time on the balcony doing both my work and as a free time spending having a glass of wine and enjoying the scenery.
