Notes on accommodation
Completely covered by Wi-Fi network on all levels of the villa. Each bedroom has a safe, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. CCTV is installed to ensure privacy and security. The villa is not suitable for very young children. Telephones are located in all bedrooms. An intercom system is on all levels of the villa. Four double spacious and well designed bedrooms all have spectacular ocean views and are equipped with many modern facilities to ensure our guests comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with (en-suite bathrooms). Also another single bedroom air-conditioned with en-suite is available for children.
Outside
A bridge and two fish ponds lead the visitor over a bridge underneath tropical Palms to the double carved teak front doors. Luxurious tropical gardens surround the villa, and uniquely, also underneath the villa which becomes magical with subtle lighting. Teak sun lounges are provided for the poolside along with teak chairs and table. With regards to the pool it is right into the villa, all you do is step out from the dining room straight into the pool which is not shared as is very private, it does not need heating as the sun does that for us, but remains nice and cool for the hot climate.
Coast/Beach
A short drive or a 5 min walk will take you to Tongson Beach just below the villa. Bophut Beach and the quaint Fisherman's Village with its many restaurants is about a 10 minute drive. Choengmon Beach is a 5 minute drive and the popular Chaweng Beach with its shops, restaurants and night-life is about 10 - 15 minutes away.
Golf
The Santibury Golf Course is about a 15 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
The new Samui International Airport is less than 10 minutes from the villa.Angthong National Marine Park is a popular and spectacular, fun filled day trip. A trip to Koh Tao is a must for a fantastic day trip and has excellent diving and snorkelling. The Sea Tran high speed ferry is near the Big Buddah, a 5 minute drive away. Speed boats are also available for private charter.
Distances
Big Buddah Temple 5 minutes. Convenience stores 5 minutes. Supermarkets (Tesco, Big C and Makro) 15 minutes. Airport 10 minutes. Wat Plai Laem 3 minutes (highly recommended).

Nearby Ban Bang Rak 5 minutes from villa has many good restaurants and bars, ferry services to the nearby islands and money changing facilities.

Please contact by email. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required within 7 day's of confirmation booking. Balance paid in full 56 days before booking commences. A breakage deposit will also be added or paid on arrival of £250 and refunded at the end of your holiday if no damage is done. Cancellation refunds, 4-8 weeks 40% refund, 2-4 weeks 20% refund, 2-0 weeks no refund. Deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Account can be paid by bank direct deposit.

This property is magnificent with its commanding views of the ocean from every room in the house! It was pure luxury, with its wonderful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms & to-die-for fully equipped chef's kitchen. This villa is all that is on the web site & more. The furnishings & the size of all rooms were on a grand scale. A maid “floated” about the house & was very unobtrusive. The pool was serviced daily & was sparkling clean. The view is, in a word, spectacular. Would we return to Kayjon Villa? In a heartbeat. John & Dianne Brennan.

About the owner
We are a couple of Ausssie retirees who have built their dream villa on the beautiful paradise island of Koh Samnui. The villa is situated right near the beach on the pretty Tongson Bay. The villa is just 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 10 minutes to the shopping and nightlife area of Chaweng Beach. Tongson Bay is part of what is now known as the "boutique" area of the island. We are very proud of our villa, which has only recently been completed, and we would like to share the amazing experience of living in a tropical paradise with you. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and displays the unique vista of a tropical garden underneath the villa, which is viewed from the inside of the house, through large glass doors on each level.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We chose this location in which to build the villa because of the beauty and serenity you experience gazing over the coconut tree fringed white sandy beach and turqoise waters of Tongson Bay. It is away from the busy touristy areas but close enough to them to visit for restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
