It is fully furnished and equipped with air-con throughout and everything needed for comfort and security. Close to all amenities with Fisherman's Village and its selection of fine restaurants and bars only a 10 mins walk. The lively resort of Chaweng is 10 mins by car. Airport also 10 mins. The Santiburi 18 hole golf course is nearby. The on site reception staff can arrange any bookings and car or motorbike rentals. There is a fully equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium at roof level with 32"LCD and views to the ocean.

Accessibility
The property is at ground level and has ramp access also lift to underground parking and roof garden, there are some steps up to the roof from the lift.
Outside
Small garden areas surround the pool and are situated at the entrance to the property, the sun terrace has some loungers and sun shades, the pool has a paddling area, water feature and is shared with other residents.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Bophut is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and has restaurants, water sports, massage and transport to other islands. A little further is Cheong Mon 10 mins by car, rated in the top ten beaches in Asia. Samui has beaches more or less all round it ranging from the practically deserted, just beyond Lipa Noi to the lively Chaweng and Lamai.
Golf
The Santiburi 18 hole course is approx 7km and well known for its magnificent views and challenging course. All equipment can be hired, there is an excellent and reasonably priced restaurant in the clubhouse.
Travel
Samui's airport is 10 mins. away, the main ferry port of Nathon is 20 mins.both driving distances. Car or motorbike transport while recommended is not essential as there are plenty of taxis and 'Songtaews' available.

Further details
A good selection of restaurants and bars in Fisherman's Village. Chaweng has plenty of action, clubs, bars and restaurants. A full range of water sports as well as island safaris, elephant trekking, crocodile and butterfly farms. The nearby Angthong Marine National Park is a must.

We were impressed by the quality of the property and its quiet location and the ammenities it offers.
It is well located for shops, beaches and nightlife but set in a peaceful area.
