| Bathrooms: | Bed 1 offers bathroom on suite with shower and toilet. Beds 2 & 3 have shower rooms onsuite with handbasins and toilets. There is also a seperate shower room with toilet off the dining area. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Main equipment - Oven, hob with extractor, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, microwave, rice cooker, kettle etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has large Frech Doors opening to the patio area leading to the pool.Furnished with hand made furniture with large leather suite and granite coffee table. Has satellite TV with DVD player. Open plan with dining area comfortably seating 6 people. |

Notes on accommodation
The bungalow is idealy suited for families with children as the gardens are fully fenced secure and of course the private pool. For the larger famiies we also have a four bedroom villa opposite giving you 7 double bedrooms!

Outside

Coast/Beach
In the Jomtien Beach area there are miles of open sandy beaches with full facilities for many watersports.
To drive about 2/3 minutes to walk a 15 minute "Stroll" will do it!
Golf
There are 22 golf courses, most I'm told of International standard, within easy driving distance of the bungalow.

Travel
Transfers to and from the airport is available at cost. Bangkok airport is one and a half to two hours drive to the Bungalow.
Once there use of Toyota Vigo is available for your exclusive use.
Distances
Central Pattaya is just a 10 minute drive from the bungalow where you will discover the many shops offering every thing from top designer shops to some of the best copies in the world at amazing prices. Night life second to none with restaurants catering for every taste.
Further details
Two major superstores are nearby just 5 minutes drive from the bungalow. There are also beautiful parks big enough for a whole day out, Elephant Village, Tiger Zoo's, Horse Riding, Fishing, Fabulous Temples to Visit your stay will never be boring!
Booking notes
To book a 15% holding deposit is required, 35% six weeks prior to travel, balance then becomes payable on arrival at the bungalow.
