| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with a king size 4 poster bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, couch and beanbags for socialising. Bedroom 3 with queen size bed. Every bedroom is tastefully furnished in calming textiles, with traditional Thai art and crafts adorning the walls. |
| Bathrooms: | A shared bathroom separates bedrooms 1 and 2. Simple in style, yet relaxing and elegant, it features a large jacuzzi tub, twin washbasins and a walk-in shower. The shower room in Bedroom 3 is no less elegant with a walk-in shower and attractive units. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted European kitchen with granite worktops and equipped with everything you will need for food preparation including a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Other equipment includes a microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker. |
| Utility Room: | Iron and ironing board provided. Outside laundry facilities are available if required. |

Outside
Stepping outside, the terrace is equipped with a table and comfortable chairs for alfresco dining and entertaining. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols for dedicated sun-worshippers. To one side is a traditional covered sala overlooking an oversize private pool reflecting the perfect skies above - an invitation for a refreshing swim or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. Amazing views stretch away over the sea to tropical islands and infinity. In the early evening witness the breathtaking sunsets while enjoying your favourite cocktail.
Coast/Beach
The villa has over 20 meters of direct beach frontage with uninterrupted views to nearby tropical islands. Step out of the pool onto a grassed area with fragrant Frangipani's, beyond a palm fringed sandy beach for a long leisurely stroll. During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 meters and at other times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short drive to Choeng Mon and one of the best swimming beaches on the island.
Golf
The Santiburi Samui Country Club, 18 hole Championship Golf Course is located in the hills above Samui's northern coast. It commands magnificent views of Maenam Beach and Koh Phangan beyond. Waterfalls and Creeks run through the course adding lush, natural beauty with the hills providing a scenic backdrop.
Travel
We recommend the use of a rental car for independent travel and convenience. Taxis however, are numerous and relatively inexpensive.
Distances
The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star International hotels at Choeng Mon, the charming Bohemian 'Fishermans Village' at Bophut, with it's colourful Chinese shophouses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng is just 15 minutes.
Further details
There are an abundance of high quality restaurants serving excellent affordable meals. Whether it's a local beach restaurant serving inexpensive Thai Green Curry or an International acclaimed Chef serving the best in European Cuisine you will find numerous within a short driving distance.
There is a convenience store within a short walking distance of the villa selling basic foodstuffs and toiletries. It's a 15 minute drive to the Islands main shopping mall. It has a Multiplex Cinema, Ten Pin bowling, a European style Superstore and numerous independent retail and fast food outlets.
Booking notes
We require an initial deposit of 35% of the total charge to secure your booking. Payment of the balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings of less than 1 week (4-6 nights) or for bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of the booking.
