Notes on accommodation
Balcony, air-conditioning, free WiFi internet and two communal computers in the reception. Car and motorcycle parking, the room is non smoking but you can smoke on the balcony or outside.
Accessibility
The property is wheelchair friendly with ramps on each entrance and lifts to the 4th floor condo.
Outside
The large swimming pool (heated by the sun everyday) is for residents only and is situated in communal landscaped gardens and has sunbeds, tables and chairs, outside showers, a Jacuzzi and water sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to Hua Hin beach which has a wide range of facilities and food available. Horseriding, water sports. The coastline is renowned for its white sandy beaches and a 10 minute motorcycle or car journey south will deliver you to miles and miles of deserted beaches.
Golf
There are ten (yes 10!) excellent international golf courses within 10kms and there are arranged tours available in the city to all of them. Hua Hin has recently been compared with the Mission Hills area of China and recently held the Thailand Masters at Black Mountain which was voted The Best New Course in The Far East in 2009 and 2010.

Travel
Hua Hin airport is 10 minutes away with direct links to Bangkok's airports. Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 2 hour drive away by taxi, coach or car and is easily reached on the motorway network.
Distances
The complex is located in the town and 10 minutes from the centre, 5 minutes from the shopping, restaurants and bars. There are National Parks, caves and waterfalls all within one hours drive and daily tours to them all. However Thailand is best enjoyed by hiring a small motorbike (100 - 150cc) or a rental car and venturing out alone. It is safe and warm and as long as you are careful and is a lot of fun with plenty of places to stop and eat and drink along every route.

The condo is based in the town and has a number of major banks with ATM's situated within walking distance. Supermarkets, department stores, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, street night and day markets and the Market Village Shopping Mall are all just a stroll away.

The room and the complex had everything we needed for a months stay in Thailand. The staff were very helpful and Hua Hin is delightful. About the owner
Fifty four year old retired English gentleman now living in the warm tropical climate of Thailand. Purchased two studios in complex in Hua Hin town centre for personal use and to hire out for rental. Both studios are furnished to a high standard and are very comfortable with king sized beds with British matresses and pillows. Flat screen 32" TV's and DVD player, films, books, air con, fan. Hua Hin is a very safe city because the Royal Family have their summer Palace here - Klai Kang Wan (Far from Worries) and as they spend a good part of the year in the city standards are kept very high. The complex is ideally situated just 10 minutes stroll to the centre of town, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Hua Hin is the premier seaside resort in Thailand and because the Royal family have their summer palace here it is the safest and cleanest town in the country. It has ten international golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the city, clean and safe beaches and is just two hours South from Bangkok. There are a number of Westerners that have settled here so there is a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars catering for overseas visitors and western expatriates.
Unique benefits of the property
The complex is situated in the town and so therefore this negates the need for the use of taxis and tuk tuk's every day. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, night and day markets in 5 minutes or to the town centre or beach in 10 minutes. It is well situated for Bangkok, the airport or to venture south on the coastal routes alongside The Gulf of Thailand or further south to Phuket and Phang Na with its stunning scenery.
