Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxurious pool villa in a village location and set within a prestigious 5* development with club house, gym, a large communal pool+spa and a small shop and restaurant. The home is open plan which allows the light cooling breezes from the sea to circulate the home with lounge, dining area, European kitchen and 3 large double bedrooms all en-suite. All the bedrooms lead out to front or rear terraces via double patio doors, as does the lounge, dining area and kitchen and the whole villa is air-conditioned.

Outside
The villa is set in a large plot with superb gardens and many tropical bushes and flowers. There is a large 10 x 3 metre covered front terrace which is raised above the garden to provide excellent views of the large fish pond. The pond runs the width of the home and contains many water plants within and tropical plants surrounding it. On the terrace there is a thai style marble type dining table with matching bench seating, 2 x sofas, 2 x chairs, matching coffee table and drinks tables. To the side is a large car port and a garden planted with beautiful and various coloured Bourgainvillea.
To the rear of the villa is another large covered terrace, 6 x 4 metres, with a dining table and 6 dining chairs, 2 x large sofas with matching coffee table. This overlooks and leads to the pool, spa and sundeck area with 6 x sunloungers. The 10 x 4 metre private salt water swimming pool is 1.5 metres deep and the attached spa is 2 x 2 metres square. Adjacent to this is a large outside rain shower.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches along the Hua Hin/Cha Am
coastline and the nearest to the villa is less than a 5 minute drive.
For those not familiar with the Hua Hin rental market it is worth mentioning that practically all the good quality villas are situated on developments 6/10 klms from the town centre, a 15/25 minute commute. Our villa is 6 klms north, a 15 minute drive.
Golf
Hua Hin is famed for its golf and there are some 12 international courses within a 10/30 minute drive.
Travel
The villa is situated 150 minutes drive from Bangkok's new international airport and about 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin's local airport which has flights to and from Bangkok.
Taxis and tuk tuks are cheap and readily available from the villa,
but for maximum flexibility car or motorbike hire is recommended, as you will need some form of transport to take you to the shops, town centre etc.
Distances
15 minutes drive to town centre.
10 minutes to Hua Hin airport.
10 minutes to local beach with massage etc.
20/25 minutes to Cha Am.

Hua Hin Haven, peace and tranquility

We were originally attracted to the villa as it was close to Hua Hin yet away from the hustle and bustle, from the photos and info it looked attractive and had all the facilities we required. Our expectations were exceeded, the photos do not do justice to the care and attention to detail taken by the owners to create a fantastic haven in a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing. When we were able to drag ourselves away from the pool, we decided to set out and explore the area with the Guide Wille, we have undertaken extensive independent travel before, however it was great to have someone on hand who could speak the native tongue and take us to the places only the locals know of.
