Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Double sofa bed in the living room. En-suite shower room to bedroom 1 with WC, wash basin and shower. 2nd shower room also has a WC, wash basin and shower. The beautiful fully tiled and fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob with extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and all other necessary equipment. The utility room has a eashing machine and dafety deposit box. The villas have all new high quality furniture and includes TV with full satellite package, DVD player, ASDL high speed internet and double sofabed in the living room if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The price includes weekly cleaning - although this can be increased at a small extra charge if required. The pool and gardens are maintained daily by our staff. |

Notes on accommodation
The villas are fully air conditioned, also ceiling fans in every room and fly screens on all windows and patio doors. Sorry, but we cannot accept pets. Again sorry, but there is strictly no smoking allowed in either of the villas - although you are welcome to smoke on the outside patio or terrace. Families and children welcome, but children will need to supervise around the pool area. Our staff will look after the pool and garden daily.
Outside
'Coconut Island' and 'Paradise Island' villas each have their own beautiful private pools and private gardens. At one side of the pool, the terrace, is equipped with sun loungers etc. At the other side of the pool is a Thai style thatched sala - a great spot to relax in the shade. There is a car port for private parking.
Coast/Beach
Stunning Nai Haan beach is just a 5 minute drive away with its crystal clear waters and gold sand - perfect for snorkeling or swimming - it also has a few good restaurants. Rawai beach is just a 2 minute drive away and from here you can catch a long-tail boat out to the many idyllic tropical islands. The villa is close to many good bars and restaurants, including our own new restaurant. The larger resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong are a 15 minute drive away with water sports and larger shops.
Golf
Phuket has many first class golf courses - some within a 30 minute drive from the villa - with standards undreamed of elsewhere. Caddies are provided at all courses and green fees are surprisingly low. For more information on the courses available in Phuket, please visit our website.
Travel
Regular flights leave the UK from various airports, most flying directly to Bangkok – some have a stop over en route. From Bangkok, you catch a short flight on to Phuket. We recommend Thai Airways although they are not always the most economical. For price comparisons please contact for website addresses. We can arrange for a taxi to meet you at Phuket airport (cost approx £16). If you have any further questions or queries, please contact us.
Distances
Phrom Thep Cape just a 5 minute drive away, with stunning views and amazing sunsets. Phuket town a 20 minute drive away with good shopping malls, a great cinema and many interesting temples etc. The most important Temple in Phuket is Wat Chalong only a 15 minute drive away. Elephant riding / horse riding close by and great fun. Zoo and aquarium both interesting days out. Patong - famous for it's beach with every type of water sport, but possibly more so for it's outrageous nightlife!
Further details
Phuket with its beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees, making it ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year. The rainy season (Green Season) runs from May until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the Green Season there are still long periods of sunshine each day. The Green Season is a nice time to visit Phuket as it is quieter and the weather can still be glorious!
Sailing: with so many interesting islands offshore, and warm sea temperatures all year round – what sailing enthusiast could resist? Why not try a sunset cruise?
Diving and snorkelling: The Andaman Sea has some of the best dive sites in the world, including the pristine Smillian Islands with stunning Coral Reefs and Marine Life. There are many PADI dive schools nearby, with fees far lower than found in most other countries.
Canoe adventures in Phang Nga Bay: where you navigate your canoe through narrow passages and small caves into landlocked lagoons! A great day out and we strongly recommend it!
Phi Phi Islands: Just a boat ride away. Thailand’s ‘Jewel in the Crown’, these islands are what dreams are made of. Visit beautiful Maya Bay where ‘The Beach’ was filmed. Make it a mini adventure and stay overnight at one of the Bungalow Resorts right on the beach. You can catch a ferry from Phuket Town (approx 3 hours), or take a speedboat from Rawai Beach (approx 30 mins).
Rawai and Nai Haan: There are many things to enjoy in our local area, and here are a few: Rawai has many great restaurants, and we will recommend all our favourites, including our own new Restaurant. Massage available either in air conditioned massage salons, or right on the beach, or you can even have one in your own villa! Shopping - there are small grocery shops close by. Cimema - a great cinema is just a 20 minute drive away. Thai cuisine - Delicious and extremely reasonable.
Booking notes
To confirm booking, you will need to send a 20% deposit. Balance of letting fee is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance of letting fee (see above) - to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). About the owner
We are Ken and Tip and we have a 4 year old daughter, Jasmine. We Designed and Built "Coconut Paradise Resort" and we live in our own Villa in the Beautiful Grounds. Our villas are all built to very high standards and are fully equipped with new furniture, all kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi high speed internet and telephone. Outside are the beautiful pools and gardens (most of our villas have private pools) Comfortable sun loungers and a private car port. We offer a full and personal service including booking taxis, car hire, tours etc. and we take you on a complimentary tour of our local area to familiarise yourselves with the local beaches, shops, bars, restaurants etc. We have our own seafront restaurant and we offer room service for meals which is very popular.

Where we live in Rawai / Nai Harn is the Southern most point of Phuket and it is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. "Coconut Paradise Resort" is located right in the centre of this quiet Typical Thai Village Area but is within 2 minutes drive of the Stunning Local Beaches, Shops and Many Excellent Bars and Restaurants. We are also only 20 to 25 minutes from the Major towns and shopping Malls. Rawai and Nai Harn are still very "Thai" and most of the people you see are normal friendly Thai People going about their Daily Lives. You have all the Conveniences you need to be Comfortable with out the Heavy Traffic and Noise of the Big Towns on the West Coast. Also we can catch a Local Longtail Boat at Rawai Beach and have a Fabulous day out on the Stunning Local Tropical Islands near-bye.
