This beautiful villa has been specially designed for families of all ages. The house is a spacious and airy home that is comfortable in all seasons. The landscaped gardens provide sitting areas naturally shaded by thick Thai plants, trees and creepers as well as open areas for play and sun bathing in privacy. The pool is large enough for swimming and games and also offers a unique joined paddling area for toddlers and a spa pool which cascades into the main pool. By day or night the pool and gardens are stunning and will make the days you just stay home special. The fully fitted European style kitchen has all facilities for simple cooking or entertaining, and of course the BBQ is a popular choice with wonderful local seafood both cheap and abundant. The house has TV and DVD systems. Located just 5 minutes from Hua Hin town centre, beaches, holiday activities, night market, restaurants and other entertainment, this house offers the perfect tropical and active holidays for all.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is ideal for small and large families and groups of all ages. The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so has no traffic or safety issues. The house and garden areas are not overlooked and with the lush landscaping around the house this is a private and secure home environment. All living and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. With large opening front doors and patio doors onto sheltered and open terraces, the environment inside the house during the days is comfortable without the need for constant air conditioning. This is a very natural environment for kids to play in and outdoors at any time of the day. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. In particular Bedroom 4 provides a den like feel for small children or teenagers wanting some privacy.
Accessibility
The villa is 1 storey, however, there are small steps up to access the house entrances. The house however has not been specially designed for wheelchair users.
Outside
The spacious tropical garden features a private pool 10m x 5m with connected paddling area and spa pool for 4 people with cascade feature. There are various seating areas with natural shade over rustic type seating including swing chair. Tropical grassed gardens also offer areas for play and sun loungers which are provided. There are landscaped beds and many local Thai plants and fragrances for you to enjoy all year round. The Thai charcoal style BBQ provides the opportunity to feast outdoors whilst kids and adults can still use the pool which is tastefully lit. There is a covered terrace in front of the house providing ideal shelter from the heat of the sun or rainstorm, and an open area off the lounge through patio doors to relax on balmy evenings. There is parking adjacent to the front terrace for off road parking and plenty of parking available on the quiet road for guests or additional cars. The villa is detached gated and secure, ideal for families with young children.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches in the Hua Hin area; Hua Hin beach only 5 mins drive from the villa, Cha-am to the north and Takiab and beyond to the south. Popular beaches provide everything from banana boats, paragliding, pony rides, jet skis, massage etc and beach side restaurants with local seafood. Quieter beaches are easily found around the area. Outdoor pursuits include hiking, mountain biking, go-karting, boat rides, elephant trekking, rafting and others. Other attractions include waterfalls.
Golf
There are a number of excellent and varied golf courses in the Hua Hin area, all within 20-60 minutes drive from the villa. Well known courses include Springfield, Royal Hua Hin, Palm Hills, Majestic Creek, Lakeview and more recently Black Mountain. Many of these courses have been designed by world famous golfers and there is a range of challenges available to all golfers, and at prices which reflect the low cost of everything in Thailand. There are local guides who can help with arranging golf reservations in advance of arriving in Thailand. Perfect for golfing enthusiasts especially as there is so much for the non-golfers to do at the villa and in and around Hua Hin.
Travel
Most people land in Bangkok and travel to Hua Hin by car or van which usually takes up to 3 hours. We can arrange car hire with driver for you for the transfer to Hua Hin or for the whole holiday. There is a small plane service from Bangkok to Hua Hin which takes around 45 minutes. Car hire is readily available in Hua Hin for those wishing to drive themselves. There are tuk-tuks, samlors for local travel. Large families and groups often find van and driver the best value and most convenient.
Distances
The villa is 5 minutes from bustling Hua Hin market town centre, and within 20 minutes the small towns of Cha-am resort and Takiab. About an hour away the larger towns of Petchburi and Prachuabkeereekharn with the Khao Sam Roi Yot Marine National Park. Going inland within the hour there are caves, Keang Krachan National Park with river and lake activities, camping and hiking, and the multi level Pala U waterfall. There are temples of interest everywhere and a number of elephant camps
Further details
There is varied shopping in Hua Hin with a whole range of local crafts, shopping centres and supermarkets (including Tesco) with local and western products. Whilst you should not miss out on the fabulous Thai cuisine there are many Western food restaurants and fast food outlets for those missing home comforts. A must see is the local night market. Banks are plentiful with ATMs generally accepting foreign bank cards, and money changing facilities. The tourist centre in Hua Hin provides plenty of English and other European language leaflets and advice. Medical clinics and hospitals cater well for foreign tourists with good English language capability.
There is so much to do in and around Hua Hin to suit all age groups and tastes, we cannot cover everything but here is a brief list. Royal palaces (this is where the Thai King resides) including an old summer palace open to visitors, parks, beaches, water sports, horse riding, elephant riding, rafting, boat trips as far as outlying islands, fishing, caves, temples, waterfalls, mountain biking, hiking and forest walks, go-karts, golf, mini-golf, health spas and Thai massage, permanent fish market, weekly local food and clothes markets and the night market, National Parks, camping, local culture shows including Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and of course, food glorious food.
And if that's all too much then relax with your feet up around the pool and in the sun and shade at the villa.

To book the villa we need a deposit of 25% and the balance at least 1 month before arrival. We accept all major currencies for amounts equivalent to GBP rates which saves on exchange fees.
