Real countryside wooden Thai house in the Phuket's area, recent construction, very peaceful and tastefully decorated. 3 large bedrooms (included a private bungalow) with a swimming pool, two large terraces, across a rice field, near the beach and a natural forest. The house is 150 m from the beach in front of the beautiful and protected Islands of the PHAN GAN National Park in Krabi's Bay (between Phuket and Krabi). Possible to join the Islands by boat in 10 minutes.

Notes on accommodation
The place and the environment is very safe. There is a night watchman and there are never robberies. The garden with a lot of lawn is very pleasant for children. Internet access and laundry can be provided at the neighbouring Resort at 100 meters.
Accessibility
For people with mobility problems, there are no drawbacks on first floor. It is wide open. For going to second floor there is a large staircase.
Outside
The garden with a lot of lawn, coconut trees is very pleasant and safe for children. The swimming pool is 11 meters length and 5.5 meters wide, 50 cms to 1.60 meters deep and 3 steps to go in.
IMPORTANT: The water filtration is an ecological soft-salty natural system which means very good for skins and no eyes burns.
Coast/Beach
The beach is at 150 meters from the house. There are many beaches on the Island. Possibility to rent a long tail boat for 1/2 day or a day (1.500 to 2.500 Baths) and reach in 15 minutes the beautiful and protected Islands of the PHAN GAN National Park.

Activities in the vicinity: There are mountain bikes,
Boat Trips, Fishing, Canoeing, Cycling, Forest, Mountain climbing, Sailing, Scuba diving, sea and ocean water sports, windsurfing. There are motorcycles to rent (200 baths / day -= 4 Euros). For diving facilities, there is a diving club at 150 meters from the House. Shops in the island.
Travel
From Phuket International Airport to Bang Ron Pier : 15 mns. From Bang Ron Pier to Koyao Island : 20 mns by speed boat.
Distances
The nearest villages are closed to the house, 400 meters and others villages around.
Further details
Restaurants: There are classic westerner-Thai restaurants all around and a very good westerner restaurant at 100 meters from House in a very nice resort. There are few banks and three ATM cash machines. There are markets and shops around.
Booking notes
Depending on how long is the booking (3 days minimum, 1 week, 10 days, 2 weeks, etc), the reservation will be hold on and confirmed once the amount (or partial amount) will be transfer to our Thailand's account. Just need a confirmation by e-mail.
