Coast/Beach
The beach of Jomtien is a mere 5 minute drive from the villa with Pattaya Beach only a further 6 minutes. For a more secluded beach experience Bansaray and Banampur beaches are all within a short drive and offer great Thai food and drinks at reasonable price.
For those wishing to experience the island life Koh Larn can be reached from Pattaya Beach by boat with Koh Samet an hours drive away.
Golf
There over 10 x world class golf courses within the immediate area, including designs by Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Nick Faldo and Robert Trent Jones, the Phoenix Golf and Country Club, Siam Golf and Country Club are all within a short distance and offer great golfing for both the novice and experienced golfer.
Travel
With the new Bangkok International Airport and new road linking it with Pattaya the transport time to and from the city is now only 80 minutes and with the new high speed rail link now under construction will reduce future traveling time even further.
Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if required.
Distances
Only 5 minutes to Jomtien beach and a further 6 minutes to Pattaya beach/city centre. The villa is located within the village of Huay Yai which is within a short drive of major attractions: Pattaya Flying Club, Pattaya Shooting and Fishing Club, Horse Shoe Point Equestrian Resort, Jomtien Yacht Club to name but a few.

Huay Yai Village offers local bars and eateries, local markets and the popular Wat Huay Yai (Temple) all within walking distance of the villa.
The Sukemvit Highway is only 3 minutes drive where you will find all the big international supermarkets, shopping centres, banks and other places of interest including: the floating market and lake view restaurant, The village shopping complex, Alangkarn cultural theatre show, Cable skiing, elephant trekking, crazy ball, underwater world,
horse riding etc.
