A recently completed 5 star 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The large rooms consist of a European style Kitchen, lounge, utility room, Games room with full size pool table. Home office room with new computer, 2 storage rooms. Hot water is plentiful and provided to all the sinks. Air-conditioning is installed in all the bedrooms, the dining area, the lounge, pool room and the office room. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms. Portable fans are available in the storage room. To the front of the property is a grassed garden area that is planted with palm trees and colourful shrubs. The private swimming pool is to the side of the property. The villa is surrounded by a wall and entrance is via the private gate into the covered carport area. External and Security lighting is provided all around the villa and at the entrance gates. On this prestige development you will find a large swimming pool, fitness room and a restaurant.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
The minimum booking during Christmas and New Year period is 2 weeks and must include 24 and 31 of December. Units of electricity allowed are 50 units per day. This should be sufficient for normal needs, good housekeeping should be exercised when operating the air conditioning systems. Electrical units over the allowance will be charged at 6 Baht per unit.

Notes on accommodation
New Items: We have provided free of charge two geared mountain bicycles for you to explore the local area.
Free use of a Nintendo Computer. WII Fit for the adults to keep in trim and Nintendo Games console for the children.
We have purchased a brand New Honda Scooby (Twist and go motor bike) for our use but this will be available for rent from the Villa manager at very reasonable rates. This is a children friendly villa. Pushchair/cot and a selection of DVDs and toys are supplied for your enjoyment. There are flotation aids available in the games room for use in the private pool. Wireless internet access is supplied should you wish to use your laptop. 'New addition' comfortable patio lounge furniture now on the rear terrace, seating for 10. There are also 7 air-conditioning units fitted to keep you cool.

Accessibility
Accessibility to the private pool is by steps down to the lower garden level. Stainless Steel Gates are provided around the Villa to isolate children from the pool area.
Outside
The two terrace areas have tables and very comfortable seating to enjoy the cool evening breezes and unspoilt views towards the hills. The front of the villa has a grassed area with palms planted around the perimeter. The rear terrace overlooks the private pool and Jacuzzi, the views to the north of green countryside and the rolling hills are very pleasant. To the rear of the property is the utility room, this has a large storage area with washing machine, water heater and water pump. Adjacent to the pool is the games room with pool table and fridge/freezer to keep your drinks chilled!
By the Pool Pump House is the lovely GAS Barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches can be reached in less than 10 min drive time. Hua Hin Beach is fairly busy with market stalls at the entrance, horse riding and food on the beach being some of the attraction. Koh Takiab beach is within a 15 min drive and is fairly quiet but seafood and snacks are plentiful, safe sandy areas for children. Sai Noi is a fairly quiet small attractive beach and can be reached in a 30 min drive. Hire our Honda Twist and Go and explore the local beaches only minutes away.
Golf
Palm Hills golf course only 10 min away. Situated behind the hill that can be seen from the rear terrace. Tel 032-520-800-2. Royal Hua Hin golf course only 10 min away. This is near the historic Hua Hin railway station. Tel 032-512-475. Black Mountain golf course about 30 min away. This is a new golf course which aims to be one of the best in Asia. Tel 032618666. Travel
The nearest airport is Hua Hin 10 min away.
Daily flights are available to and from Bangkok.
4 hour drive to Chumphon and the ferry to Koh Tao.
2 hour 30 min drive from Bangkok Airport to the Villa.
5 hour drive to Surat Thani and the ferry to Koh Samui.
Taxi's from Bangkok to Hua Hin cost around 2500 Baht. We will arranged if asked.
Car hire is recommended to explore the beautiful National Parks although taxi's, Tuk Tuk's and packaged tours are ready available and cheap.

Driving distances. Kaeng Krachaeng Dam and national park - 45 min. Sam Roi Yot National Park - 45 min. Elephant rides - 10 min. ATV/paint balling - 10 min.
