Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Please arrive after 15:00 and leave before 12:00 on the day of departure to allow the maid's sufficient time to prepare the villa. Consideration is always given to your flight arrival and departure times.

Bedrooms: 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms, all have large fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space, bedside table(s), dresser and hair dryer. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 large twin beds and Bedroom 3 a queen size bed.
Bathrooms: 3 oriental inspired en-suite bathrooms plus pool washroom and shower.
Bathroom 1 has a bath with shower, shower enclosure and twin wash basins. Bathroom 2, shower enclosure and twin washbasins and Bathroom 3, shower enclosure and washbasin.
Kitchen: A fully fitted western kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for food preparation including an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, Other equipment includes a microwave, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside laundry facilities available if required. Cool boxes and ice packs provided.
Living Rooms: Comfortable lounging area with high quality furniture and soft furnishings. Multi-channel satellite television showing films, news and sport, DVD player and a music system. A selection of DVDs and CDs are available.
Other: Formal dining area with seating for six.

Outside
A 'plumeria' tree provides the centre piece to a spacious wooden decked outdoor living area, with a table and six comfortable chairs.
The villa has a large sunbathing terrace and infinity pool with submerged seating to enjoy the magnificent sea views. To one side of the pool is a water feature with a lotus pond and the other a beach front living sala with seating for two, perfect for enjoying an early evening cocktail while taking in the dramatic Samui sunset, or just relaxing after an invigorating body massage.
The pool area has its own washroom and shower and is fully equipped with quality sun loungers and umbrellas.

Coast/Beach
Villa Plumeria features over 20 metres of absolute beach frontage with breathtaking views of nearby tropical islands. Step out of the pool onto a grassed area with fragrant tropical plants and shrubs, beyond a palm fringed sandy beach for a long leisurely stroll.

During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 meters, at other times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short drive to one of the best swimming beaches on the island.

Golf
The Santiburi Samui Country Club, 18 hole Championship Golf Course located in the hillside on Samui's northern coast. It commands magnificent views of Maenam Beach and the island of Koh Phangan beyond. Waterfalls and Creeks run through the course adding lush, natural beauty with the hills providing a scenic backdrop.

Travel
We recommend a rental car for independent travel and convenience. Taxis are however, numerous and relatively inexpensive.

Distances
The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Choeng Mon, the charming Bohemian 'fisherman's village' of Bophut, with its colourful Chinese shop houses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minutes drive and the shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes.

Further details
Samui has an abundance of high quality restaurants serving excellent affordable meals. Whether it's International or Thai cuisine, you will find numerous within a short driving distance.
There is a local 7-Eleven supermarket within walking distance of the villa selling basic groceries and toiletries together with an ATM and telephone kiosk. A 15 minute drive to the island's modern shopping centre, it has a large European style supermarket (Tesco), pharmacist (Boots), bank, a multiplex cinema, ten pin bowling, numerous smaller shops and fast food outlets.

We require an initial deposit of 35% of the total to confirm the booking with the outstanding balance due 60 days in advance of your arrival. For bookings of less than one week (4-6 nights) or for bookings made within 60 days of arrival we require payment in full.

We wanted our first experience of Thailand to be memorable so therefore thoroughly researched villas to rent in Ko Samui until we settled upon Villa Plumeria - As a family coming from the Dubai where standards are set very high on quality and service we were delighted when we arrived at the villa that our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The location of the villa is perfect for couples, families and friends. Set in a tranquil, peaceful location but with plenty of lively places near by - best of both worlds. Everything is provided for and the Villa Manager and cleaning staff are all friendly and very helpful. We spend two glorious weeks on the island, exploring, relaxing and socialising and everyday agreed that we had definitely made the correct decision booking Villa Plumeria Waking every morning to the sight of a shimmering gold 'big buddha' and crystal still waters, white sandy beaches and the sun shining is truly paradise.
