Baan Chabaa is a luxury villa on Samui Beach Village, an exclusive development of individually owned private villas situated on Natien Beach near Laem Set on the south east corner of Koh Samui. It is a spacious villa that can comfortably accommodate groups or families up to eight people. The beach is a beautiful white sandy beach enclosed by a coral reef which makes the calm waters of the Gulf of Thailand ideal for swimming. The villa has its own private swimming pool and sunbathing area set amongst an array of beautiful flowers in a tropical garden setting. The shallow waters of the bay are ideal for those wanting to try kite surfing / kite boarding.

Prices are in US$ dollars per night for this beach villa.
Please note that there is a minimum booking of 3 nights service. A villa manageress will greet you, assist you and is generally and 14 nights over the Peak-Neung season. The rates include an airport pick up and drop off for your party, a welcome pack and a twice weekly villa cleaning and linen available 24 hours for emergencies. Other services available include daily maid, baby sitting, continental breakfasts, care/chauffeur and more.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. The check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:30am. Early arrival and late departure are possible but subject to availability due to other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Luxury beachside living: The villa has a large open plan area at ground floor level which gives it a spacious feeling. All rooms have been designed with personal comfort in mind. There is air-conditioning and supplementary fans in all living areas and bedrooms. The TV lounge has a selection of recent DVD films and television series. Cots are available subject to availability at the time of booking.

Outside
Private pool and sunbathing area set in a tropical garden setting on Natien Beach. Step out onto the poolside terrace from one of the large sliding patio doors leading from the ground floor living area. The large private pool is ideal for swimming or just cooling off. There are sunbeds, parasols and external chairs relaxing on and around the pool. There is also an external shaded sala area and an external dining terrace area that seats 8. A barbecue is provided for those who prefer to cook and eat alfresco.
Coast/Beach
Baan Chabaa is on Natien Beach. It is just a few steps from the private pool terrace to the white sandy beach. The sea in the bay is warm and clear. It is shallow and ideal for swimming or just simply lounging on a lilo in the crystal clear water. During the winter months it is also ideal for kite surfing. There is a kite boarding school in the bay for those who wish to try it. It is also entertaining for those who simply just want sit and watch the professionals perform leaps and stunts.
Golf
Santiburi Samui Country Club on Koh Samui is a championship golf course landscaped on the mountain of Samui Island. It is located in Meanam on the north side of the island just off the ring road. Each of the 18 holes on this 6,930 yards, par-72 course, has its own unique character and challenges. Travel
Koh Samui airport is at the north end of the island. An airport pick up and drop off for your party is included in the rates. Private car hire and local taxis are readily available and can be arranged through the villa manageress.
Distances
The nearest village is the fishing village of Hua Thanon. It is less than 5 minutes by car on the road or a 15 minutes stroll down the beach. There is a local market with fresh sea food, vegetables and other groceries. There are local restaurants and ancillary services such as a doctors surgery, laundry facilities and even a fitness gym. The main shopping and night entertainment centre of Lamai and Chaweng are near enough to visit for shopping or night entertainment.
Further details
The island is home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies within easy reach. Together with the various health spas, many only a short distance away, all your health care needs can be satisfied. There are many banks and ATM's scattered around the island all with easy facilities for exchanging money. The nearest is an ATM in the local village of Hua Thanon.
Booking notes
Please contact the owners or see the owners website for availability, prices and full terms and conditions. Generally an initial deposit of 20% of the total villa rental charge must be paid to secure the booking. The outstanding balance of 80% of the total villa rental charge must be paid at least 2 months before the day of arrival. When bookings are made within 2 months of arrival the whole of the villa rental charge must be paid. Payment is normally made via electronic bank transfer.
