This beautiful bungalow with its own private pool is in Grand Condo, one of the most prestigious complexes in Jomtien. Grand Condo has large communal swimming pool and children's pool. The bungalow is set in landscaped tropical garden. Dive into the pool from lounge or bedroom and relax. Grand Condo has its own private 24 hour entrance to beach accessed with your own key card. On leaving beach, turn left for a few minute stroll along the beach to the heart of Jomtiens have many activities banana boat, ballooning, windsurfing, jet-skiing, restaurant, massage and nightlife Alternatively in the night, you can exit to the right and a few minutes walk along the beach takes you to Pattaya Park water world. The main entrance to the complex is opposite a 24 hour supermarket and a couple of minutes walk to some of Pattayas finest restaurants. The main entrance, which has 24 hour security, also has 24 hour taxi bus service to Pattaya's famous shopping and nightlife.

| Beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow. Master bedroom has kingsize bed, TV, huge walk in wardrobe and wicker chair, en suite shower and loo, double doors opening on to swimming pool, blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 has raised wooden plinth with kingsize mattress, blackout curtain, wardrobes en-suite shower and loo, bedroom 3 has raised wooden plynth with king size mattress, wardrobes. There is an additianal shower and loo, All rooms open onto the very large open plan lounge with dining area and open plan kitchen. Lounge has 2 large comfortable 3 seater settee, giant teak coffee table in front of 42" TV. There is a desk with internet, whicker dining area and the kitchen area has 2 barstools, breakfast bar, the kitchen has large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and we hope everything a kitchen should have. Outside there are 4 large whicker chairs, large coffee table next to 10 feet water feature. There are 2 wooden lounger with matress The large swimming pool as two elephant waterfall. | |
Notes on accommodation
The bungalow has full air-conditioning and there are two ceiling fans in the raised lounge ceiling. The outside seating area also has ceiling fans and lighting. In Grand Condo there is a small park for the children, children's pool, a large communial pool almost next to the beach. To the right of the beach exit we are just a 5 minute walk to Pattaya park water world or in the evening leave the beach entrance, turn left, and stroll along the beach into Jomtiens beachfront restaurants and vibrant night life. In the day nearly all the deck chair operators offer a huge selection of food and drinks so enjoy a glass of wine with seafood curry and watch life happen on this lively beach. If you need to sight seeing for 1or 2 day car rent just oposite our main gate. The price start from 1,200 baht.
Outside
In the outside living area there are 4 large comfortable whicker chairs with cushions a large coffee table, There is a 10 feet water feature with pond and this area has ceiling fans and a barbecue. The garden has its own very large private swimming pool with 2 elephant fountain features. On the patio next to the pool there are 2 wooden relaxers with cushions and wooden coffee table and a shower area. There is seating area in the swimming pool. Rather than a wall we planted loads of trees and shrubs giving privacy and in the evening a dozen lights come on to bathe the trees in colour. The swimming pool has 3 underwater lights to add to the tropical effect. Have an early evening drink, as the concealed lighting hidden in the trees and shrubs surrounding the pool, comes on bathing the area with relaxing colours.
Coast/Beach
The Grand Condo on which the bungalow is situated, is on the Jomtien beach. Walk out of the beach entrance directly on to the Jomtien beach. Although water sports are not allowed on the beach directly outside our complex, a few minutes walk and there are paragliding, banana-boat, windsurf, water ski and speedboats. So you can choose what type of holiday you want. Pattaya Park water world is a short stroll down the beach on the right hand side.
Golf
There are many golf courses within 20/30 minutes of our bungalow. We can arrange a complete golf package for you including pick up/transfer and return to bungalow, golf clubs, caddie golf cart course fees etc etc. Package cost depends on whether high season or not and we will contact golf clubs to get you best price. There is no charge for this service.
Travel
Jomtien beach where the bungalow is situated is approximately 1.30 hour from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) Airport. Transfers from Airport arranged if required.
Distances
Grand Condo, where these bungalows are situated is a very secure peaceful complex. The location is one of the best in Jomtien offering direct access to the Jomtien beach. In addition the front entrance is on the main Road between Jomtien and Pattaya which means all the baht taxis pass our entrance 24 hours a day. So you dont need a car and all the hassle of finding a parking space nor worrying about drink driving, for a few baht you can hop on a baht bus and in 5 minutes be Pattaya.
Further details
Some of the most famous and popular restaurants are a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance, Brunos, Pan Pan Italian, a Taste of India and Sugar Hut a further couple of minutes away. A large 24 hour supermarket is opposite the main entrance and 2 large banks are a 3 minutes walk to the right of the main entrance.If you need to sight seeing for 1or 2 day car rent just oposite our main gate.The price start from 1,200 baht.
Booking notes
We require a deposit of 20% at the time of booking. 40% 6weeks before you check in and the less pay on arrival. And we need a securities bond when you check in for house damage 10,000 baht or another currency which will pay you back when you check out without damage.

My name is Joy before I married my husband Reg I worked in hotel reception for 4 years.
We live on Grand Condotel with our 4 year old son.
Because I worked in hotel reception for over 4 years I know what guests want and we do our best to make sure they have everything they need for a great holiday.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased our bungalow 3 years ago in 2006
My husband had stay in many places and always wanted to live in Grandcondotel so when one of the 70 bungalow's became available we buy it and completely modernise it.
When it is finished many people compliment and ask if we will rent it out. When another bungalow become available we take it , modernise it the same as the one we live in.
Although we have only been renting just over 2 years we already have customers returning for their third visit which makes us very happy.
Unique benefits of the property
We love Grand Condo because of its location we can walk directly on to the beach (no road) from the beach entrance and the front entrance is on the main taxi route.
We live in Grandcondo because of its great location.
We can walk out the beach entrance directly on to the beach ( no road) from the beach entrance. This is great especially in high season when driving and parking are difficult.The front entrance is almost opposite a large 24 hour supermarket and we are on the main taxi route,so we really got everything we want on our doorstep.
